Malibu Lounge Set of 4: 2 Natural Rattan Wicker Chairs, Loveseat with Cream Cushions and Coffee Table w/Glass Handmade, Colonial

I ordered the Malibu Lounge Set in late June. Eight days later it arrived, and the only problem with the set was the glass tabletop which was apparently broken in transit. I reported it to Amazon, and before they had a chance to respond regarding my request for replacement, Alex from the Wickerix Store contacted me with the tracking information for the replacement glass he sent to me right away, no questions asked. It arrived a week later fully intact and undamaged. I was impressed.The furniture was easy to assemble, and it looks great. The chairs and the loveseat are surprisingly comfortable and sturdy. The coffee table is just as good, and the glass top is a nice touch.Sure, if you search long enough, you may be able to find better quality wicker furniture, but you will have to pay double the price, and I seriously doubt you will get better support for that money.

Bought with some concern as we did not want the PVC crap... and natural Rattan is now ultra expensive, unavailable, or hit / miss on the used market. Price point on this set looks to good to be true.... it's not. Yes, it's self assembly, but the material is totally authentic and beautiful. Shipped in just a day, delivered fedex ground in a week or so...and trackable the entire way. Well packed, no damage, just perfect... and it's Not heavy. Despite what you read, assembly is easy... just find the you tube video. THE SCREWS ARE ALL THE RIGHT SIZE AND THE HOLES LINE UP. We even have extras. You simply must realize never to tighten up the screws until all are partially done. You must have "wiggle room". Also... no smell we have read about. This is truly " The look for Less"... but more than that... this is the real deal.

We bought this furniture for our new all season room. It is perfect! Not only is it beautiful, but it is well made and comfortable. The seller was great to work with as well. It took a bit of time to assemble, but as long as you don’t tighten the screws till it’s fully put together, you won’t have a problem. We used a YouTube video as a guide. Highly recommend this set!

The printed instructions were not a great help in assembly. The videos were much better. Once it's together, I really am happy with it! Sturdy peices, soft yet durable cushions and a very nice looking set!

It is absolutely beautiful, in my sunroom. Love the authentic, wicker. It reminds me of my tropical vacations.

This product is better than expected. The seller is proactive about making sure everything is just right! A special screwdriver is even included to help with assembly! Everything was wrapped in recyclable materials. The Malibu Lounge Set with 2 natural Rattan wicker chairs and loveseat are beautiful. We look forward to spending many hours on our sun porch with this lovely furniture.

I have had rattan furniture throughout my home in prior years and sold it with my home. Rattan furniture is light weight and is easy to clean. You can literally take it outside and wash it down with a hose and most of the time the cushions are machine washable. This particular set was half the price that I had paid in the past and just as well constructed. A very good buy!

Unlike the other review, I had no problem with any smell. I ordered the cream color. These were much nicer than I expected for the price! The wicker is well done, the fabric nice, and seat comfortable enough. I would love some darker fabric options rather than the bright gold and burgandy offered, like navy or other blues or a pattern, but had to settle for this near white, which I sadly assume will be stained easily. Compared to the $4000 set I ordered for the other living room, I am very pleased with this set 1/4 of the amount!
