I recently purchased the ROG Ally X Carry-On Kit, which includes a screen protector, carrying case, and rubber grip skin for the device. Overall, the kit is well put together and offers great value.The carrying case is well-designed, providing excellent protection while keeping chargers and accessories neatly organized. The molded design perfectly accommodates the handles and buttons, ensuring a secure fit. The screen protector was also a standout—it came with two extras and a cleaning wipe, making installation easy and effective.However, the grip skin for the device was the one downside. While it offers extra protection, it interferes with gameplay by limiting the full range of motion for the joysticks. The rubber fitment around the joysticks causes them to max out prematurely, which can be frustrating during gameplay.Overall, this is a great kit for protection and portability, but the grip skin could use some redesigning to avoid interfering with the controls.

This absolutely fit my Ally X! The only tidbit was the screen protector not being fitted to the screen exactly but the skin covers it up well. Do not trust the lower star reviews because they bought it for the wrong device

The case is really well-made, no complaints there. As for the screen protector? It does what it’s supposed to—simple as that.They also threw in some thumb grips, but honestly, they didn’t work for me. I felt like they slowed down the camera movement during gameplay. Once I took them off, everything felt way smoother.Overall, for the price, it’s a solid buy. I’d recommend it!

Case was not cut right at all, the travel case and screen protector are great but the actual case isn't even functional

UPDATE: I'm going to keep my original review at the bottom, I will say this company is very responsive and cares about their customers, they have updated the case and sent me a new updated case to try out ,the new silicone case fits the Ally very nicely, you have full range of motion on the joysticks, it's nice to find a company that cares about their customers with good customer service.I really like the case included in this kit, but I don't see myself using anything else included. The case easily fits my charger and holds my Ally X very securely. As for the screen protectors, they cause too much glare in my opinion compared to the ally's screen on its own, and the silicone cover prevents the analog sticks from moving to the outer edge and is just too loose fitting. it makes my Ally X downright unpleasant to hold, and what's the point of an 800-dollar handheld if you don't want to hold it.

silicone case fits perfectly. and so does the carry case. the carry case could be a little harder but the extra space for the thumb sticks, charging brick, and charger is a huge plus.

I just bought this product for my Ally X , don’t waste your money on that , it make your joystick really hard to control . The joystick don’t feel free of movement . Along story short don’t invest on it .
