Simply comfortable, and yet firm enough to wear for a prolonged period of time. I am not a great fan of neck braces, however after a few cases of whiplash I find its better to wear it and look like I am wearing a neck brace than to try to look normal and feel like my neck is folding in on itself.This is very effective on two counts, 1) you can wear it for multiple hours at a time, and it is not as big as some collars out there that call attention. This is very functional and comfortable without being huge and ugly.

I snore a lot due to the way and position I sleep in.I thought this would help keep my head from tilting down and closing in on my throat.So far it seems to be working and my throat isn't as dry waking up.The other benefit I feel is just having neck support when sleeping.One compliant that I wouldn't exactly say is a con because it is probably by design is that the brace is quite firm.

Hear me out. I wear this for air travel. It keeps my neck straight so I'm not head bobbing. I slept through a 10 hour flight because finally the bobbing didn't wake me up. Try it!
