I’ve used this for breads and pizza crust, it tastes amazing and works perfectly! If you’ve ever wondered if bread flour makes a difference, the answer is yes. I’m able to produce restaurant quality goods at home with the added bonus of not having to leave home to get it :)The price is actually on par with or better than the selection in my local grocery stores. I’ve bought this more times than I can count, it’s a pantry staple for our home.

I took a chance on using this brand for my pizza dough. Makes a great crust. I buy it 4 at a time now for the savings promotion offered.

The first loaf of bread 🥖 using this bread flour and it turned out great. Tastes good, soft and delicious. I used this in my bread machine on basic setting. Smelled so good. Definitely recommend this flour.

The bread I got with this flour was delicious, but the bag was ripped open inside the box. I think the flour should be wrapped in plastic to prevent breaking.

I had been buying King Arthur bread flour but when I couldn’t get it I ordered Amazons bread flour for my sourdough baking. If is a great bread flour. I finally got a great rise with this bread flour. Great consistency and rise. Very good taste!
