I've had this laptop now for a couple of weeks since receiving it and it's been pretty solid for the most part. It took a few weeks to arrive for whatever reason. Seems like the only way to get it in a reasonable amount of time is to over pay, but it is what it is.I've been primarily using it for web browsing, and watching youtube video/movies, and it's been working out well. It handle numerous amounts of windows being open with no noticeable dip in performance. The backlight feature works well enough. There's 2 different settings for it, always lit, and lit when using the keyboard with FN+Spacebar being the setting toggle. I don't ever really use it personally, but it works well for what you get.The battery life has been solid as well. I use it mostly as a stationary laptop pugged in, but in the few instances I've travelled around with it, the battery hasn't let me down. Build quality is also pretty solid. It's seems to be made out of cheaper metal, but has a good weight to it.I've yet to try my hand at any sort of gaming on it, though. I've got a stationary pc for that, so I can't really speak on how well it performs in that area. My hunch is that it's good for light gaming and will probably struggle if you try to throw anything to graphically intensive at it.Overall, would recommend for the price. It's a good little starter laptop, for sure. Do NOT buy this product for anything over $500-$600 mark. You will in fact be getting ripped off lol.

I bought this laptop when the listed price was $2,000 and it was “on sale” for $600… it completely stopped working after six months. now the price is set at a lower price than the “sale” price I paid(price is set at $500 currently)—that’s a scummy practice. their customer service just told me to contact amazon as if that would help with my issue in any way. I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying this computer or any of this company’s other products.

For some reason, my post keeps being denied so I'll keep it relatively short.Good laptop! For a non-major brand, it seems surprisingly well put together. Swap the logo out and most people wouldn't notice a difference. Good specs and features considering cost, with a 5000 series Ryzen 7 APU. Should fit the needs of anyone doing basics like small business, school, office apps, email, video streaming, and casual gaming. Wouldn't use for anything intense like hardcore gaming, rendering, or other video-intense processes.

The performance itself is decent, but since it isn't a popular brand I'm having problems finding accessories for it, such as a keyboard cover. I also absolutely despise the backlit keyboard. You can't change the color and it only stays lit as long as you type. The laptop also doesn't hybernate when you close it, it completely shuts down and you have to boot it back up. The battery life is good and it seems very sturdy. All in all it's a bit annoying, but it does what it needs to for the price.

The laptop came completely dead. It would not charge, would not start. Returned it using the shipping address provided (had to pay for return shipping). It has been almost 2 months since I sent it back, they have supposedly not received it yet and no refund issued. Terrible vendor, would highly advise staying away from this seller.

I ordered this laptop not long ago and it says it has a Ryzen 7 5825u but it is incorrect, it has a Ryzen 7 5700u they need to be more accurate about that. Would give 4 stars but for that I have to give a 3 star rating, still a decent laptop
