Five Stars doesn't mean perfect
I own a small after-school music studio, we have a number of digital practice pianos ranging from the 1000s of dollars to ones that were around $100. I purchased this piano for my band practice room. I love the look of it and most people who see the instrument agree. TLDR: for the price, it's the best instrument I've bought yet. Here are the pros:1. Key action is very nice, keys are deep and offer weighted resistance (about as close to an acoustic piano as you can get for instruments in this price range), although they do not feature an escapement.2. Very easy to assemble and the legs are secured with 5 bolts each which makes it super sturdy.3. Sound quality is really nice and clear - the speakers can get plenty loudCons:1. The music stand is too small - not a huge deal for a practice piano but most users will need a separate stand for standard sheet music books. Tablets do fine, though.2. It would be nice if the instrument had a lid that covered the keys - right now I have to put a keyboard cover over it.3. The lid feels a bit wobbly, it just makes me slightly nervous.Overall, I'm super happy with the purchase - I hope in the next iteration Starfavor will add a few more things to get closer to perfect. BUT, as it is, it's a solid investment for students and people who like to practice late into the evening with headphones.

StarFavor Reverie Grand Piano: Excellent Buy
Our StarFavor 88 weighted, hammer-action, "Reverie Grand [digital] Piano" was carefully selected by us after a totality of research. The volume-adjustable sound coming from the piano's four (4) speakers is clear and pleasing. Two headphone jacks are also provided for use. The piano uses weighted keys so the keyboard sounds and plays like a quality acoustic Grand Piano. The size fits almost any room. The weight allows two people to move it. Shipping was included in the price. As an option (for fun) there are five (5) demo songs and five (5) sound choices: Acoustic Grand Piano, Fender Rhodes Piano, Bass, Church Organ, and Violin. There is a built-in Metronome for use if desired. Other than the Metronome, the piano does not include "rhythm pattern selections". You won't find options like tempo, beat, syncopation, et al. If you want that sort of thing buy an organ, not a piano. The instructions provide for a "recording option" to record your performance, if desired. The piano has a Bluetooth Midi and Bluetooth Audio function as well. Overall, we are happy with this purchase.

Worth the money, great sound
Bought this keyboard 4 months ago for my wife. She loves the quality of sound, feel, and small size of this keyboard piano. Great product!

I like it
So far so good. Probably more expensive than it needs to be but worth it to me because it looks nice, and does not take up a lot of space. I got it for my son and be was absolutely delighted. It sounds good enough.

Excellent Starter Super Micro "Grand Piano"
I wrote the following on Amazon Reviews. This is a wonderful little piano for beginners. For anyone seeking an affordable piano with a full sound, this could be the right choice. Here’s a detailed overview.Positives:The piano is lighter than upright models, though it weighs more than most digital pianos in its category. The chassis is remarkably stylish, polished, and lacquered to meet the standards of a Grand Piano manufacturer. When the lid is open, it adds a touch of simple elegance to any room, resembling a piece of art. The mood lighting, lacquered finish, and minimalist design all contribute to its aesthetic appeal. The packaging was excellent, providing outstanding protection for the components. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward, requiring minimal effort; I had it set up and operational in just 15 minutes. There are a few drawbacks, which will be discussed later, but the ease of assembly means that following the instructions isn't strictly necessary. However, I recommend reading them to avoid missing important details.I truly enjoy playing this piano. That being said, I simply enjoy playing in general. The DownsidesCHASSIS and LIDIt is crucial to avoid holding the lid when removing the piano chassis from the box. The lid is connected to the main body by a single hinge. This necessitates careful handling when opening and closing it to prevent detaching the lid. The lid's side-to-side movement is concerning, as it may put undue strain on the hinge, which isn't robust enough for regular use like a traditional grand piano. When closing the lid, I have to apply slight pressure to align it with the notch in the base.Additionally, when the lid is open, caution is required. Due to the single hinge, the post supporting the lid can easily sway, leading to excessive wear on the hinge. The chassis is somewhat shallow (depth from front to back). When the lid is closed and the sheet music stand is raised, the holder extends over the keys slightly. It took me some time to adjust; I initially kept hitting the stand. The sheet holder is rather short, which is expected for a "micro grand piano." The sheet music tends to fold over the back, requiring the lid to be open for support. This design seems more suited for reading music from tablets.KEYSThe piano features 88 weighted keys that feel pleasant to play. However, compared to other brands in its category, the keys are a bit too loose. For instance, when pressing the keys (without sound), you can feel the looseness if you move your fingers side to side. When a key is pressed quickly (released), a noticeable double-click sound occurs as the weight rebounds and pushes the key back up. The second click happens when the key descends onto the weight, as if the weight and keys are separate components. If you gently pull up on the edge of the keys, you’ll notice this behavior. Most "weighted" and partially weighted pianos do not exhibit this. This kind of play is typically found in digital keyboards or synthesizers.SOUNDThis product claims to produce the sound of a grand piano. While it sounds good, it doesn't fully deliver on that promise. A Grand Piano's sound is influenced by its chassis, sounding board, strings, hammers, felt, and lid. Since this piano lacks those elements, the sound must be digitally generated. At its best, the sound resembles that of an upright piano with slight reverb. After a few months of use, the sound gradually evolved. It still resembles a piano, but now has a hint of an electric piano. The sound also varies depending on how hard or softly you strike the keys. I noticed that when playing softly, some notes in a chord may not sound. To ensure all notes play consistently, you need to press the keys firmly. I first observed this while using the other modes (see below).Electric PianoThough I'm not particularly fond of electric pianos, I recall their distinct sound. This piano has a nice tone that fits well for jazz riffs. However, as previously mentioned, some keys may not sound unless you press them firmly or release the previous keys.BassThe bass sound resembles that of an older Casio keyboard. I'm unsure what this sound is modeled after, but the low registers evoke a bass guitar sound when the keys are "bounced." In the higher registers, it starts to sound like an electric piano. The issue with successive notes is also present here.OrganThe organ sound is reminiscent of a pipe organ and is quite impressive. However, you may not hear the subsequent notes after the first two are pressed.ViolinThe "synth" mode, as I refer to it, sounds more like a synthesizer than a violin across any key range. This mode highlights the chord/successive keystroke issue the most. This sound is reminiscent of my days of playing synthesizers. While it is possible to get all keys to function in chords and succession, it requires some "retraining," which I wouldn't expect a customer to do. The experience is similar to those inexpensive beginner keyboards where you can only press one or two notes simultaneously, and the third note won't sound until the first two are released. Forget about playing chords on those. The sustain pedals:The sustain pedal operates effectively. The Sostenuto pedal functions properly. The Soft Pedal contributes to the issue mentioned above unless in Piano mode.SummaryI rate this piano three stars as it remains a solid option for beginners. However, I haven't had the chance to test other budget digital pianos, but in terms of "grand piano" sound and feel, this is a decent starting point. I'm comparing it to lower-end micro grand pianos like the Williams Symphony II. I would classify this as a Super micro-grand digital piano, primarily due to the shape of its chassis. Otherwise, it would be just another typical digital upright piano. At this stage, you might as well invest in a regular upright digital piano, as the chassis sizes are quite similar and you will be able to utilize a larger sheet music holder. Nonetheless, I will say that the piano sound is richer than that of a Donner upright digital.Since this is Starfavor's first offering, I’m confident they will take feedback into account and make improvements in the future. I look forward to seeing what they develop next.

Very pleased with the instrument
Wow, this instrument really surprised me! It's SO beautiful, and well made! It's real wood, the pedal are very sturdy, and also the keys have a good weight! It feels nice to play, and I am used to play in real baby grand piano! It's very good instrument for the price range! The volume is really loud. I also tested using the Bluetooth to play a song in it, and it's really loud! It doesn't shake too much when you play...maybe only if you play Rachmaninov on it 😂I just wish they did a bigger version of this instrument! I was looking for something compact to do videoclips, like a baby grand piano shell, and it was so expensive, when I saw this on Amazon, it was a solution to all my problems! But if it was a little bigger, it would look even better on the video clip! Here goes my suggestion to the brand! But overall, I really like the instrument, and I recommend!!
