It was very easy to hook up. I had help when I had needed it. They got right back at me real fast walk me through it step-by-step. It was like there were sitting right there with me. Any problem I need it. All I had to do was give him a text he text me right back real fast service real respectful people great business if you’re looking for a great camera great price friendly people. This is the place you need to look no farther. As soon as I finish it setting it up, I showed my friend and he immediately went down there to order him one you do not have to pay for the app or the watch online. It is a great purchase. I advise you to hurry up and run and get one before they sell out.

They work so good, best set ever. The quality is the best and it is perfect for my business because now I won’t miss anything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The media could not be loaded. I used this cameras for my home. IR isn’t that great . Is it really 90ft for the IR? Installation on walls is easy . For the price I paid, I can’t complain much. Still recommend it .

Poor customer service

Everything needed is in one package and sets up pretty easy. It takes a few minutes to get used to the control. Provides great peace of mind.

Update: I've spent more time with this system. Overall, it is a good system for the price, but what are it's flaws and limitations:* No AI: I can't get person-detection or "AI" to work. The system detects motion, even shadows moving, but won't detect a person. Maybe there is an "AI" setting I'm supposed to turn on somewhere, but I can't find it.* Useless Notifications: Because of no person detection or AI, notifications are useless. Even with motion-detection set to low, it notifies me every time a shadow moves or the wind blows a little. As a result, I just turned it off.* Horrible UI: The user-interface is a pain to navigate and looks like it was designed in the early 1990s.* Limited Computer support: It requires you to install an app on desktop, which doesn't appear to have linux support. These days, you should just be able to open up a browser, and not require the install of (sketchy?) software.* Viewing Recordings is Slow - When using the mobile app, and viewing a recording, it's very, very, very slow even when connected to wifi, and on the same network.* App Spam - The mobile app continuously tries to get you to buy it's cloud storage in a way that is annoying.The main reason this is a 4-star review (And not 3), is because my buddy's Ubiquiti system (which is a LOT better) charges about $150 for their most basic camera model. With this system you can get the entire system with 2TB and 4 cameras for $150 to $200 (depending on current deals)If I could figure out how to get AI working, and only be notified on human-detection, it would greatly improve my experience and security. As is, if someone steals my stuff, I'll be left reviewing the recordings later, rather than potentially interrupting them in the act.
