There is one tiny flaw as pictured in the video but aside from that, everything is perfect!! (In the video, you’ll see that if you choose to use the button self locking from the interior, it doesn’t always register if it is in the locked or unlocked position, so you may need to press it more than once for it to align the position with the proper lock/unlock command. This really only happens if you manually lock and then use the button command. I simply prefer to use the manual lock option and this tiny flaw is no obstacle.)Super easy to install, and very clear instructions. Easy to use application and I’m so glad they included the three key fobs. It used 3 AA batteries for the interior portion, and I believe you can also charge it with a USB-C through the exterior section though I have not tried it without the batteries yet.The App is by far my favorite part. I can give temporary and recurring codes if I’m out of town, permanent codes for friends, house codes for myself, and key fobs if you’d rather not use the codes. There’s also a key that allows you to manual turn the lock from the exterior if you forget your codes.I can also lock or unlock my home from the app if I want to let someone in or in case I forget to lock before leaving the home. Super easy high tech and quality lock!My only concern is the rain. I’m not sure if the external section is waterproof as heavy wind/rain may hit the door here or there. I’m not worried as I can still get in manually if there is an issue, but I would like to know.I recommend this for any home upgrade, landlords, air bnb hosts, and truly any homeowner! Fantastic addition!

I'm using this set on a door that is more than fifty years old. It slots in perfectly, the handles turn solidly and feel comfortable in hand, and the deadbolt units look fantastic. In fact, they're making the door itself seem a bit shabby in comparison!Installation was as straightforward as any door handle and lock. The package includes a diagram to scale that you can hold in front of your existing hardware or cutouts to check whether the new equipment will fit. Smart features were also straightforward: download the app, create an account with the company, connect via Bluetooth to the device, then use settings to manage your and other people's access.Every access method has worked smoothly for even for the less technologically confident members of my family. Entering a passcode, swiping a chip card, pressing a fingerprint, using a physical key, and opening via the app have all gone without any issues.A few emergency backstops are included, such as an instant wipe of all passcodes when you enter a personal duress code. I haven't set that up because I'm not important enough to take for ransom or whatnot. But if that's you, then you're in luck with this lock! A safety feature I do appreciate is the access log; each entry records the datetime, attempted access method, and whether the attempt succeeded or failed.The two largest issues I have with this lock are that the physical key is excessively long—it doesn't fit in my wallet, carry pouch, pockets, or hide-aways—and the keypad doesn't always activate upon first touch—sometimes it just remains dark and I have to tap again to get it to turn on / light up.All of the components are lightweight, which means they don't have that sturdy, robust, bank-vault feel that makes you think it could survive a natural disaster. The metal handles feel probably durable enough and nothing more, and the interior and exterior units of the smart lock are cased in plastic.

Installed this in the backdoor and I'm pleased with it. The install was straight forward.Have to install TTLock app and configure the following:- fingerprints- nfc card- pass code- access codes- autolock timer- Adkins- remindersI have the app already installed from previous smart lock so I'm familiar with it. Overall solid build but paint chips off easily so I removed a star.

I've been watching these for a while, and this particular unit caught my eye. I liked how programmable it was advertised to support Multiple Users with up to 50 fingerprints, 250 pass-codes, and 1000 RFID cards. They include 3 RFID cards, so you're off to the races out of the box!They include everything you need to install this, as long as it fits your instillation target, it's no more difficult then installing any standard residential deadbolt. Once installed, setup is via their smartphone app. The app is pretty straight forward to use, and if you want a feature rich solution, this one has a TON of cool features like schedules and guest access for example, but tons more.I just have the basics configured at the moment, want to "burn it in" for a while, but I do plan to implement additional features. I personally like the fingerprint over the RFID cards, maybe it's just the coolness factor or that it's simply the easiest to use. After the burn-in phase is completed, I want to implement Alexa compatibility.Is it the highest quality hardware? I'd say it's more middle of the road, not the best, but certainly not the worst. For the $99 price, the build quality seems appropriate, but it doesn't over deliver. The features certainly outweigh it's average build quality, I like that it includes three of the RFID access cards and the app provides a lot of additional functionality, overall making this a good value play IMO!
