This matress is great. 14 full inches thick and very comfortable. Packaged nicely. I have it on a metal bed with no box spring and it is so thick that it is as high as the bed in the other bedroom that has a box spring. I love it. Kudos to the seller on this mattress. It took a while to get it, but it was worth the wait.

I think I’m right in the middle of firm and soft so it’s a great fit for me. I unboxed it myself. Great buy.

Took a chance on this for our newly remodeled RV before leaving for a road trip vacation. It was very comfortable and is great quality!

So happy with this mattress.No chemical smell and very comfortable. Not too soft and not too firm.Packaging even made it easy for one person to manage even taking up stairs and setting up.Highly recommended.

I almost bought a more expensive mattress, but was so impressed by the many 5 star reviews that I opted for this one. The site and reviews promised a hybrid medium-firm mattress of exceptional quality. Either I got a bad one or there’s something strange about those reviews, because what I received is basically a nice-looking bag of springs with a thin top layer. It sprang to its full ten inches rapidly. I was pleased when I first laid down on it at how soft it was, only to find that it was like lying on springs alone and painfully uncomfortable. When I tried to sleep on my side, my bottom sank deeply into the springs and then pulled the rest of my abdomen into a deep and painful crater. After three nights, I developed excruciating back pain. I ordered an expensive firm/ultra firm matress topper and that has helped, but basically nearly doubled the price.Once the mattress has expanded, it cannot be returned, so I am stuck for now with a cheap and horrible product. I have learned my lesson and will never buy another mattress from Amazon unless I have had the opportunity to try it out in a shop. And when I do buy the next, I will have to pay to have this monstrosity hauled away.

Very flimsy. Not firm at all and you can feel the coils. Not worth it!

King size is perfect no problems, slept on it right away

Queen size medium firm memory foam hybrid mattress. Good mattress for the price, and was very easy to set up. I should have done a bit more research though, as this is more firm than medium, and is personally uncomfortable to me, but well built and put together.
