Amazing Machine
Great value device man! Has literally thousands of games, works great, and has all the nostalgia that you could ever dream of. Does not have diddy Kong racing, but it does have mariokart 64

Not as good as advertised
For the money I spent on this thing its pretty useless. The save game function doesn’t seem to work at all and the save state in the system itself is glitchy. There is no online support to get help with my issues nor is there a website that I’ve been able to find to fix the problem myself. I’m fairly experienced with tech and can’t figure out how to solve the basic issues I’m having and for 75 dollars I can’t justify having this system in my possession.

cool little device, could be better, but bad seller
While the device is not bad, it lost some stars due to its form factor and the seller. the device itself is smaller in my hands than anticipated, it is really uncomfortable using it for an extended period of time. also, the triggers are awkwardly placed and require effort to actually click them, games using them are not going to be very fun unless you find someway to get used to it. the device does work though, the screen is pretty good, battery life not bad, speakers suck. it emulates the games it came with pretty well, there are some hiccups but its not bad at handling stuff. my biggest issue however comes with the sd card. a 256 gig card is advertised to come with the card, inserted into the card is a "LEXAR" sd card labeled as such, 256 gb. when checking the partitions on my PC, I learned the sd card doesn't even have 90gb of usable space. they ripped me off. I reached out to amazon and get a credit for the price of the correct size sd card but I will not trust this seller with my money again.

great retro game system
crystal clear screengood controlsamazing selection of games...it doesn't have everything...no arcade version of Gauntlet, Joust, or (I think) Pacman. But on a screen this size, it does seem like some of the console games have the exact same mechanics. Gauntlet was fun to play on the Megadrive, Pacman sounded, looked, and felt like the arcade version on one of the consoles, I think the NES.The Arcade section has 10 Yard Fight, Xevious, Zaxxon, Dig Dug, Dig Dug 2, Donkey Kong AND Krazy Kong, Ms. Pac Man, Rampage, and even Karate Champ. The joysticks didn't work well with Karate Champ, but they worked fine with Gauntlet and Pac Man.It has several versions of Prince of Persia, it has Shadowgate, several console versions of Rampart that play well, and I think both Shadowrun games (SNES and Genesis). All in all, a really good spread of game, sure to his most of you favorites. The most complete one I've seen so far without getting a full-on 100k Games Retro Games System that you have to plug into your TV.There are a few Japanese language games, I think. I didn't really try any out.Every game I tried worked well, so I think they've been through and curated all the games. Or at least most of them. The only downside is that there were a few more adult games. If you get a huge 100k Games! system, there will be dozens. This one has 2, that I can tell. It's a pretty boring game, and you win pretty easily, and if you do well it shows a girl in a thin Tshirt. If you get a jackpot, the girl you've picked will disrobe, but she'll hold her hand over vital spots, but you still might see a flash of the forbidden.I don't know if it goes any farther than that. All in all, these more adult games are NOT appropriate for children. But you can delete the games by going into the menu, selecting Edit Game Metadata and at the bottom, select Delete. Also, it wasn't clear that the gray option was the active one, the black box (that looks like the selection) is actually the deselection. But you'll get used to that.I'm pretty sure you can add ROMs of your favorite games, because Emulation Station is very flexible. So I might still add in my Arcade version of Joust (I've got it saved in a few places).Very good system. Very flexible. Lots of games, Easy to Customize.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Doesn’t turn on
Product is cheaply made and feels cheap in your hands. Took two times starting the product before I could even get to the menu screen. Tried to click on a menu selection and it froze on me and now won’t reboot, just stuck on a black screen. Save your money and don’t purchase this product.

Powerful system with lots of features
I've owned many portable systems in the past, and this one fits into its own niche of features and power. The system does indeed come pre-loaded with a large number of games from well known platforms, along with the requisite emulator back-end to play them. The menu allows for a huge amount of customizability for the system, and it's nice that I can also add additional games using the included memory card.In terms of playability, most games are smooth with a framerate that I'd expect if playing on their original consoles. The games are indeed the originals down to the music and details, and it's like having a mini arcade to carry around with me. The buttons are solid and sturdy, and the overall package is surprisingly light weight.
