Used for printable coloring pages
I made a DIY printable coloring book for my niece and this paper worked great for that. The sheets are thick enough to not have any ghosting on the other side of the page, but I only printed on one side anyway for the actual art pages. The rest of the pages I used to print a journal front and back. Again, the ink didn't bleed through. I like that the sheets have a nice matte finish and a smooth texture. It's easy to color on without having that toothy texture like watercolor paper. I can easily see these sheets being used for a printed portfolio or proposal as it's bright white and very smooth.

Reskid double-sided matte paper -- Paper that makes Colors and Lettering POP!
I am now a true believer in Reskid double-sided matte paper. I examined this paper by printing five pages with varying detail and color. The results were sharp, crisp, and just very impressive. The lettering on the printed pages was just like viewing an image on a computer screen.I evaluated the paper for bleed through. The paper passed with vivid, flying colors. I used a Vis-à-vis pen, an Expo marker, a variety of highlighters, a Pilot marker, and the most grueling test – a Marks-A-Lot permanent marker. None of these inks bled through – just the opposite – the paper “accepted” the ink from these writing instruments and created beautiful images with a soft, subtle appearance.I have always used cotton/linen content paper as business stationery but now I have a second option. I think that the best use for this paper is to create colorful brochures – black and white brochures would waste the best attributes of this paper. These attributes include great contrast, colors that “pop,” and the expression of the most subtle features of text and pictures.BRAVO!

Pleasantly surprised
I was a bit hesitant to try, given the price. But I'm glad I did! It's definitely a step up from your average printer paper. The texture is smooth and luxurious, and it feels substantial without being too heavy. It even folds nicely, which is a bonus. Printed images and text come out crisp and clear, perfect for presentations or any documents you want to look extra professional. But here's the unexpected part: this paper is fantastic for art! I've tried watercolors, inks, and even graphite; they all behave uniquely and interestingly on this surface. Watercolors flow beautifully, inks dry quickly, and graphite glides smoothly without smudging. It's inspiring to experiment with different mediums and see the unexpected results.

Totally cool as an art paper
This coated paper is designed for clean printing and quality looking brochures, but it is a total blast to use as an art paper. The coating allows watercolor to dance over the surface in a way that expresses the details of brushstroke direction and makes mixing on the page really fun. There is a little initial buckling as the paper dries, but most of it flattens out on its own. Wit ink, lines are super crisp and the inks dry almost instantaneously. Wash effects exhibit intriguing texture, which is I think due to different flow rates through the coating as the surface dries. Graphite was an amazing surprise. Soft graphite does not look as dark as normal and glides on very smoothly, but does not smudge afterwards – which makes this a particularly useful paper for that type of use. I’ve included a photo for anybody who is interested in looking at art materials on paper surfaces, lol. From a general perspective, the paper just feels like really good quality. The surface is nice and smooth, the weight is thick enough to imply that it’s a quality paper without it being too heavy. If you want to put in folds or creases, they are nice and sharp. I would definitely consider this a “show off” paper for times when I want to print things to look especially good. But mostly, I will be using this as an art paper because it does so many things so differently than any other art papers I have and I find that sparks a lot of creativity. This is a paper that I will rebuy when I finish the first hundred pages.

Strong paper, mixed results
This is nice paper. It has a matte finish. I like the thickness. It has a nice quality feel to it and would be good for important presentations. It is a little pricey at just under 17 cents a sheet, so it pays to get it right time first time. That said, I think this paper may be best for black and white. I used it to print a pic of my pup on my color laser printer, which came out terribly. Not sure why.

A fine Matte (Dull) paper for sketching or Laser Printer use
Upfront, lets make this clear; this is a high quality paper for a fairly high price. Now the second thing I want to make clear is that it's REASONABLY priced for this type of paper. It's one of those "you get what you pay for" items.I spent some time as an Electronics Tech working for a small, high volume & quality, printing company. Needless to say I picked up quite a bit about papers there (more than I cared too LOL!). So when I say I'm impressed by a paper product it's said from a critical eye. This is some REALLY nice paper and gave me excellent results on my Canon Color Laser. No feed issues and excellent print clarity. Color reproduction was spot on as well.I can see artists being drawn to this as well, since a matte finish is great for that.Real winner, worth the price!

Probably not Inkjet printer friendly
The paper seems nice, but printing bleeds and prints out very grainy looking. I tried printing a flyer with mostly just words. It smeared without even touching it. After about 20 minutes it hadn’t really dried. Later I tried printing a baby photo and it came out very grainy and, again, started to smear or bleed just sitting there.I assume it’s because I have an inkjet printer. Problem is, I specifically looked to see if it wasn’t compatible and didn’t see anything. Other paper products specifically say incompatible with inkjet printers. This didn’t say one way or another. I don’t know for sure if this is the actual problem, but either way it’s frustrating to have nice paper that I can’t actually use.
