Terrific quality and perfect for a dorm room! My son loves this.

I really like this sofa. It's pretty and comfortable. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong color. And returning the product to its box is impossible. This came completely under compression, they must have used a really powerful vacuum to get that thing to fit in the box it came in. So, I won't be able to return it and I'm stuck with the black color. Of course it is very pretty but I wanted the grey. The three stars is because it was not the color I wanted and there is no way to return it to its box. And it comes with double plastic, it didn't look black, it actually looked quite dark gray, that's why I kept opening it. I was just very disappointed to see that it wasn't the color I wanted. And another thing is that the plastic part of the strap it's broken. I don't know if it came that way, because I can't find the broken piece. Still, I recommend it 100%. Very well packaged and protected and the reality is that it looks pretty.I don't know if it already exists, but I recommend the company make protectors as well. Both for the sofa shape and for the bed shape.

I've had two guests use this so far, and they've both said it's comfortable. I would definitely recommend providing a real pillow since the bean bag pillow is not very user friendly. The chair version is a little awkward to sit in. It's not super plush, but it's still a good, usable piece of furniture. I'm glad to have it because it takes up very little space when folded up.

This product is not comfortable at all. how the picture looks is not like that. once you sit. it sinks in. I really want to return the product but dont even know how to do considering i dont have the box.

This is super difficult to expand. I cannot believe how badly these stay compressed. I tried to help it by stretching out the fabric. After a few hours and it didn't expand any more I tried to stretch the fabric a bit more. I broke one of the buttons doing this. There are no directions with these. Not one piece of paper in the box. Not sure what to do with them now that they are out of the vacuum bag.I have to update this review.. although the product i received was difficult to unpack I have to say that the customer service on this product is outstanding. They contacted me quickly and offered to make things right. That goes a long way with me. Thanks again.

The left is what we ordered, twin in dark grey. On the right is what we got. Navy blue, double. No pillow, no strap, no way to make it into a chair. Soft enough bed but don't know where we will keep it while not in use.

Bought if for 9 yo grandaughter for when she has sleepovers. Seems it will work out good for kids. A little low for me. It's very heavy but seems to be made well.

Our 13 yr old enjoys relaxing on his chair along with napping on it as well. It’s comfortable for him (he’s 5’2”). The material is soft, yet firm for sleeping!
