Could hear recorded file but cannot get FM to play. Tried all bands. At a total loss why that feature isn’t working. Will update if seller resolves.

For various reasons, I own several MP3 players, and this one looked great in the promotional description (especially for its thin profile, blue metal exterior and a decent display screen;) however in retrospect, I truly regretted purchasing this one.Not only did it come without the SD chip or interface cable, but I personally found the menu navigation to be the least intuitive that you will likely find on any MP3 player. (For example, I have yet to get used to a right ("fast forward") arrow to navigate down on the menu screen selection (rather than maybe going to a sub-menu); and wouldn't you think that a "Menu" selection would take you back somewhere close to a main menu? (Actually, it would be much nicer if screen itself were interactive by touch!) I could also rant on other technical issues like chip formatting, compatibility with other players and connecting with my USB cable, but just be assured that I was rather disappointed overall.Should you choose to purchase this player (because it does look nice and the blue aluminum exterior is not actually 100% plastic), I truly hope my experience is not yours, and your experience is way less frustrating.

This was an amazing gift for my freshly 8-year-old.

I had high hopes for this item but in reality it's just not great. In fact I'm contemplating returning it for a better one. This MP3 player glitches a lot. It'll often say no songs are on the player and we have to turn it off and back on to refresh it and get it to work. My son has been using it for about 5 hours and the battery is already almost dead. I know it was a cheaper MP3 player but I'm just really not impressed. I may just return this one for a better one.

Okay, for the price, I can't complain too much. This works and has good sound with a decent pair of ear buds. We're not talking high end, audiophile delight, but to me the sound is as good as any other MP3 player I've owned. The housing is a bit cheap. The plastic that covers the screen lifts up a bit, but again for the price, this is acceptable. Also, I've ordered some cheap MP3 players that I use positive reinforcement (I'm a behavior specialist with a large school district) that don't even come with a charging cable. That's messed up since some of them are charged with a mini B USB, a cord that I've never even owned. This one comes with a USB C charging cable.What I don't like about it is the lack of instructions. The instructions that are provided are very basic, just showing you what each button is for. There are no instructions on how to put music on the actual MP3 player. When I opened the drive for this, there are a bunch of files, but only one folder for "record". I discovered you can't just copy and paste (or drag and drop) a song into the main drive and expect it to play. After about 45 minutes messing with this thing I finally decided to just make a folder named music. I then copy and pasted my music into that folder. And it worked!Overall, once you get past how to actually use the thing, it's pretty good for the price. I have no idea what the longevity is, but I would expect a least a couple of years. We'll see.

I personally love such small and light devices. It looks good, small and delicate, easy to carry, smooth sound quality, the keys are very sensitive, reading novels is very clear, recording function is also great! You can download a lot of songs, you can read e-books, watch movies, listen to the radio. It is fully functional and fully meets my daily needs. Bluetooth connection is also convenient. The merchant also sent a headset, which is really nice. If the power is sufficient, it still runs normally for more than ten hours, and the battery life makes me very satisfied. The price is also very real, it is really a very cost-effective MP3 player.
