Great for fish soup. My wife being Hungarian where fish soup is very popular, was trying everywhere to buy these and it seems supermarkets don't sell them anymore, she is VERY happy to get them. Thank you.

Use when I make fish based soups
Offers good flavor as a base when making seafood based (cod, flounder, scallops, clams) soups.. Can't find this in the stores I shop in so happy I can order from here.
