Defective or Not? Who knows
Item was supposed to brand new but there was oil leaking on the deck. I wiped it off, and another puddle formed. Contacted customer support to see about returning. The item cannot be returned "due to safety issues." The seller advised that "it is safe to use."I'm not using it. Not sure what else could be wrong with it :(

It won't start at all unless on a cement flat surface
Disappointing thought it would be a quick start , after priming , still won't start. Has to be on a flat cement surface or doesn't start at all. Bags to small , over priced , like the 21" blade though .Won't be paid off for along time :(
