The media could not be loaded.  I wanted this camera to use as a second camera for online videos. Overall I'm satisfied. Straight out of the box the camera has heft and doesn't feel flimsy. It fits well in my hand where some cameras don't. (I wear a medium women's size glove). I appreciate the accessories that were included. Both batteries were charged up. All I had to do to get started was plug in the battery and insert the memory card.The camera is menu driven and you'll likely need to scroll through the menu for what you want. The settings are pretty straightforward though. I was able to set the date and time without problem. Then, I went in to change the picture quality. The camcorder is set to a lower resolution than 2K/4K. This is great for saving space on your memory card but not great for picture quality. Changing the setting made a big difference.The microphone isn't a strong point as the sound was weak. Use an external mic to compensate for that.A standard tripod mount in included. It worked with my tripod and selfie stick tripods without problem. The camcorder doesn't seem to have on board video stabilization. That makes a tripod even more important.There are different color balance settings. The sunset video was taken while the camera was on the auto setting. I'm including a photo taken with my Google Pixel for color reference. Except for orientation, the photos are virtually identical.One thing I notice is that the lens cap rattles. This can be heard on the video at times. For now, I'm using tape to secure it during filming and it's working out well. I'll update if that changes.The camcorder case is nicely padded. I feel like it can get jostled around in my backpack without too much worry. It also secures well and didn't have any frayed seams etc.Caveats in mind, I'm pleased with the camcorder overall and am pleased with the purchase.

This is a nice little camera. The sound could be better, but its compact, lightweight, and easy to use. Hubby is going to use it to document camping trips.

The media could not be loaded.  I have to amend my last review. The company sent me a replacement camera for free. This camera is good for up close, in good lighting, video. It's not a 1K 4K type camera. After adjusting the brightness down to -3, it was good for sunny outdoor video, but there's no real 'zoom' for a distance shot. I want to thank the people who make this video camera and their support, for a very affordable, price. Here's a sample indoors, fairly close up.

I wanted something that wouldn’t be expensive and something light weight and this was it. I have never been into brand names items and it’s usually the off brands that are just as good as the name brand. The video quality is good, and the instructions on how to use it was pretty simple. I suggest getting a Screen protector to prevent it from getting scratched. This camcorder is so easy to use, a 7 year old could use it with no issues.
