Worth every penny
My wife uses this laptop religiously. There is nothing it hasn’t been able to do. Love the touchscreen option. Comes in handy. Great product at great price

Design flaw...
The letters, numbers, etc... are the same color as the keys, they should have better contrast, otherwise I guess it's ok although I don't care for the way it is programmed either, but that can be remedied.

You have to message the seller to revive a code in order to download pro
I was weary because of some of the other reviews but I just want to clear that up. The description is accurate you just have to read it! It’s annoying the laptop did not come with pro already, but overall I’m happy with it. After messaging the seller and receiving the code to download pro, you get free Microsoft 365 for a year! Starts up quick and runs the way it should. It does not come with HDR so the colors on the screen are off. The touchscreen is nice and calibrated. Great product for the price. I will say the laptop itself is a bit cheap. I keep it in a case when not in use, but for whatever reason it still chipped in the top corner. Hope this helps!

No Memory, No Storage
I ran out of memory very quickly compared to my precious laptop. And ran out of storage in like 3 months and I hardly have anything on the computer, I feel. I'm very disappointed. There isn't an SD card slot as advertised!.I wouldn't have bought the laptop with only a 64GB storage capacity. I'm very disappointed.

Simply functional
Been a while since I got one for personal use. I wasn’t looking to break the bank. This was just what I needed. Came with office 365 free for a year. The only thing to make it better is if it had a ss card reader. I did got one for $9. No big deal
