Does all you'd expect of it
I purchased the Yamaha MG10XU for my podcasting audio mixing and to give gain to my Microphones. Its a better all around option than buying cloud lifters and external audio recording devices. Everything runs through my computer and I can record on my hard drive. This device allows me to interphase it with my computer and I can use it for my audio on my virtual streaming platform. I've already had experience with the MG12XU as the sound and video technician for my Spiritual Center in Los Angeles. The MG10XU fits on my home studio office desk perfectly. Its close to everything (Mics, computer, and other sound devices) so I don't need long cables and adaptors for my connections. This also makes wire management easier. Seeing what this device is capable of I have gotten additional ideas to enhance my audio experience. This device does all I expected and even a few things more.
