My husband and I bought this for our daughter as she has been begging to become a pitcher for her 10u softball team. Just in the few days that we've had this, she has done amazing at keeping her movement accurate with each throw. We love this so much so far.

This is a great product for working on muscle memory and really getting the feel for the release point of the pitch. It can be used dry or with a ball. It lets young pitchers feel where their arm is at the end of the pitch so they can stay close to their bodies and keep their arm circles tight.

My 14yr old uses this, not only on her leg but also her head to make sure she is not going over her head too much. They are well made but I wish it came with a little cinch bag to just drop in a softball bag. Have held up to daily use

My daughter used this. She had a different one before. Her issue was that the red flap thingy was very big. Its like 4 inches wide. Her other one was only like 2-3 inches. Shes not a fan of the huge flap. I guess its personal preference.
