Great, sturdy, portable walk pad!
Very happy with this purchase and the price! It works great, is easy to use and move to store and the handlebar is sturdy when needed. Happy with the wider walk tread than most others, too.

Great customer service
I purchased a Wellfit walking pad as a family gift in December 2024, and it has been a fantastic addition to our daily routine. It’s perfect for getting in our steps and is easy to use, making it an essential part of our everyday fitness routine.However, in March 2025, we encountered an issue with the motor. I reached out to the company via email for troubleshooting, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. Vivian, from the customer service team, got back to me within five hours! She was not only prompt but also extremely helpful throughout the entire process.Vivian asked for a video recording of the issue I was experiencing and promptly sent it off for further evaluation. Her communication has been clear, professional, and very attentive, which has made this entire experience much easier to navigate. I am truly impressed with Wellfit’s customer service.I highly recommend the Wellfit walking pad to anyone looking for an effective, easy-to-use piece of fitness equipment, and I am confident that their customer service will take care of any issues that might arise. I wanted a smaller version of a treadmill so started checking around.Nervous about purchasing this product because I had recently ordered another brand and omg it was a piece of junk. It took a while but finally got my money back! But my husband n I need to walk a bit more than we do, so after checking around, Eufy kept coming up with great reviews. And sure enough it is a great treadmill. Runs so smoothly, easy to operate, and can fold away if I want to. However, I just keep it up all the time in our living room because it doesn't take up that much room. Well worth the price. Highly recommend it. Large display and changing speeds is so easy. I do my walking while watching tv and time goes by quickly. Plus well made. Exactly what I was looking for. And well worth what I paid for it.

Perfect for a small Area- Easy Stow-Away- Well Built Treadmill/ Walking Pad
I am really happy with the speed of the delivery. Got it, lubricated and used it the same day. This is great for rooms with limited space and storage. We store is under the couch and pull it out and set it up right by the TV. My wife is tall (6') and her stride fits with room to spare on the machine. It is well built and best of all fully assembled. It is easy to move on the wheels. The Incline is manual which is fine but and I noticed the workout is more intense than on a regular treadmill with no incline. I downloaded the app and was able to select a nice background and workout plan. I would recommend this machine to anyone as speeds can go to 7 mph or as low as .06. Personally I like to walk at 3.8 to get a good workout and with the 3% incline it is even better. Love the machine! Customer service has been great when I e-mail any help inquiries.

Great product. Easy set up and sturdy with strong power and quiet. Delivered without damage or trouble and quickly. Customer service is very helpful!

No clear way to adjust the incline
The first thing listed in the description is the incline but there’s no precise way to adjust it. You screw the foot pads as minimally as possible to get an incline of 12? I guess?? The instructions don’t actually tell you how to adjust the incline. It says the foot pads “help increase the incline” (pg 6). Helps?? Is that how to increase the incline or not? That’s the only place in the user manual I can find any mention of the incline.The incline was the most important part for me so this is very frustrating. This thing is very heavy and is going to be really hard to return if it doesn’t work out. I suspect they’re trying to capitalize on the whole “12-3-30” workout trend and that’s why they list it first in the description and emphasize it in the pictures.I wouldn’t have bought this if I knew this prior.

Excellent customer service.
I like simple the fuctionality of the unit, Its size and wheight make it easy to stow and I can take it with me in my motor home. It stopped working and the part was not avalible. Customer service was excellet though, they sent me a new unit right awya! Erika took great care of me to ensure my satifaction. Would highly recamend!

Much better than going to a gym
Set up is easy, I use it at least 4 times a week to get in walking during the winter and rainy days. Collapses flat for easy storage. Digital readout includes speed, time, distance, and calories, so you can keep track of whichever metric is important to you. Definitely better than the gym and worth the price—and no more driving to a crowded gym.
