Smart Ring, Health Tracker for Monitor Health, Sleep Tracking Wearable and Heart Rate Fitness Blood Oxygen, IP68 Waterproof, Compatible with iOS and Android

This ring works great for my purposes. Looks nice and unsuspecting as a ring. I needed a way to track my steps when I’m not wearing my apple watch (I prefer/collect traditional watches). Tested the step counter against my apple watch and it is pretty on par. App works great and syncs with Apple health. Only thing I don’t like is the heart rate monitor reads much higher than what my heart rate is. While this may be important for some it isn’t for me as I wear my watch during workouts to track my activity/HR.

Out of the box this ring was good. It arrived without a charge but charged to 100% quickly and lasted about a day and a half 1st charge. Then after that the charge only lasted less than a day, without sleeping in it. I don’t think it would have made it all night. On day 1 I noticed scratches on the back side of the ring and I hadn’t been rough on it at all. It tracked my steps ok but couldn’t get an accurate calorie or hrv reading. Super disappointing because the app is good and ring is comfortable but sadly I have to return it.

I purchased this ring on Black Friday to see if "smart rings" were for me, and now I don't see the point in getting one of the more expensive brands. The ring is comfortable and stylish, and the results are fantastic. The ring connects to the phone app via Bluetooth, and syncs up a couple times a minute. I've been able to watch my steps in real time on the app, including starting and stopping, which was very impressive.The results for me are very accurate, I've tested the Heart Rate monitor by placing it on myself, and then my wife, then back on myself, then on my sister, then back on myself - and each time my HR stayed consistent and theirs changed, so I knew it was actually taking a reading. The same for stress levels, and blood oxygen. The sleep tracking feature is also spot on, if I know I slept good I open the app and to no surprise see a score of 90 or above. If I slept bad, stayed up late, etc, then I can look the next day and see a lower sleep score. I wish the sleep part of the app had more color variation - for me some times it's hard to determine where REM and Light sleep interchange, all of the colors are just slightly different blues - but other than that no complaints.The ring has a realistic 4 - 6 day battery life. The new stands that come with the ring to charge it is quite nice and makes the product feel more luxurious. It takes a few hours to charge.I've owned two of these rings - the first was excellent from November - January, and then the ring stopped holding a charge. It would last barely an entire day, and I'd have to charge it. I contacted Amazon's customer support and they sent me a new ring the next day and as of this writing I have had no issues with it. I think the new box, the charging station, and the new Menstrual Cycle feature of the app are all excellent improvements and I look forward to wearing this ring for a long time.If you're in the market, or interested in the tech this is a great place to get accurate, interesting data on yourself, your sleep, and your overall health. I think it's as least as good as some of the more expensive brands, and at the very least is a good stepping stone into the world of smart wearables.

Looks okay, easy to upload app. I got the black one. That seems to be the style. The price allowed me to take a chance to see if it has any real value in personal health assistance to my daily life.

Worked ok for few months, then, just stopped. Charging, but lights go off and charge is gone.$150 for 4 months is a little pricy!It was ok while working. Even though i was missing a swimming exercise in tracking.

The media could not be loaded.  I read a lot of bad reviews for other rings this being one of the higher rated. Data seems reliable.One thing that my boyfriend and I noticed since I purchased him a ring too, if you sleep, get up and lay back down it counts it as sleeping time. Example he left and drove home from my house to his and it recorded it as sleep time. I woke up to use the bathroom and went back to sleep and it doesn’t document breaks.Other than that it’s aesthetically nice and I like being able to keep an eye on my steps, time of month, hrv etc.My size 8 also seems like a slightly different tint of silver than his size 10 ring is.

So if you are using this for a step tracker I wouldn't recommend it. It reads hand movements as steps apparently because it will record steps as I'm driving my truck and shifting the gears. I don't see any way to adjust the sensitivity. I got it mainly for the sleep tracker and heart monitor. Those seem to work well. Only thing with the sleep monitor is it doesn't start until 10pm and I don't see a way to change it. Fit was perfect if you know your ring size. Not too bulky or heavy. I barely notice it. Fair buy for the money depending on what you want out of it.

The fit is a little bulky, but otherwise I really like it. I bought it to track my pulse and it does that very well.
