Our old microwave pooped out. This is a bit smaller and a bit less powerful, so we have to nuke food a bit longer, but it's easy to use and well constructed. No complaints.

My old microwave was around 14 years old. I liked it. So I bought another Kenmore 0.9 cu 900 Watt microwave oven. So far just fine. I like that it is similar to My old unit.

Nice little microwave. Only downside is it’s too small for a large dinner plate and the lock feature can be annoying at first.

Clear function and child lock are perfect

This product was sold and delivered by Amazon. The box was delivered in rough condition. The microwave did not work the door did not even shut correctly. It gave a FAIL message and started smoldering. It was thrown into the dumpster. Amazon refuse to refund my money, stating they want me to dig through the dumpster and take a picture of it. It was a gift to someone else in another city. They are demanding that I send them a picture because they know that I cannot because I told them I am not able to do so, and then are acting like I've done something wrong. I would give you ZERO stars on this product and the delivery and the customer service. That will be the last time.

Microwave works fine after 5 months, but the inside light burned out after less than 2 weeks of use. I called Kenmore, and their customer service, while nice, knew nothing about how to change the lightbulb. Even after acknowledging that there IS a way to do it.He only suggested we return it to Amazon, but we no longer had the packaging & I wasn’t going to load it up & take it to the UPS store for a burned out bulb. The oven is still working currently, just with no light
