At first, when I unwrapped this pillow, I was super disappointed. It looked limp and deflated - nothing like the photo seemed to show. I had planned to return it the next day. But, the next morning when I woke up, the pillow had inflated to its actual thickness. To my surprise, this has been the best knee pillow I have ever had. It supports my entire leg, foot and still has room above my knee to lay my arm/hand without it being the entire body-pillow size. This is the PERFECT knee pillow for me! Thank you for making one that supports the entire body - not just the ‘knee’. I hate the wedges they sell for that reason. They do nothing for me. Get this pillow!

Other options are small and just support the knee - and that was not working for me, to have the top knee and ankle unsupported. This one is long enough that whether it is centered on the knee, or higher or lower, it doesn't mess me up. Don't forget to get you an awesome bed to go with it!

I've tried various sizes and types of pillows for between my knees as a side sleeper with chronic back pain, hip pain and muscle spasms. This is by far the best yet!! This pillow is the perfect length, width and firmness and doesn't loose its shape during the night, giving me some relief and better sleep. It's also not too heavy for turning over during the night. It allows me to bend my knees or have my legs straight with plenty of room for foot support. It feels great to have my hips aligned as well. I use a pillow case, but it has a soft cover that's washable as well. It seems like it will last a long time too!

This helped for a few months after surgery. It is pretty large and worked well.

Fits well allowing complete alignment of legs. I can sleep on my side now and keep pain to a minimum. Has contributed to a good nights sleep.

For side/back sleepers this pillow is cumbersome to reposition during the night. Great back support while side sleeping or back sleeping, although the 29.5" length feels heavy and is awkward to reposition from horizontal to a vertical position when changing sleeping positions. For side sleepers, the 4" width holds the leg parallel to the hip per a level measurement. I wish for a 27" or 26" length so I could place it under my knees when turning to a back position.

I never write reviews but I wanted to share my experience because I just had ACL surgery and I have to wear a very long metal snd plastic brace and I do not sleep well at ALL. With this pillow, every direction I turned was comfortable and I did not feel my brace at all! I could cry. Its firmness is very appropriate for leg and thigh weight.

I got this for my mom who is on hospice. She is bed ridden and needed something to keep between her legs to prevent sores. We’d been using a regular pillow and soft blankets but it didn’t seem like the best solution. I got this pillow primarily based on size and thickness (it couldn’t be too thick) and it has been perfect. It might be too large if you use this when sleeping and you roll around a lot. Not sure. I might try that one day and update. Very pleased to find this. I think my mom feels better with it.
