Great quality
Like easy installment, great quality. Dislike had to get used to new keyboard. Slightly different function keys than our last HP laptop. Otherwise very satisfied.

Microsoft will not let me in computet
It must be a great product..but i never got inside because of pasdcode paid 155 for help ...and they did not help...i am frustrated ..i hate windows the passcode i fo not remember ...i was so excited i did not write it down i really want it if somene can help me bypass the passcode for me

Work as expected
2 things I dislike about the laptop is the graphics of the laptop and sometimes the laptop screen took some time to load. By that i mean the taskbar, the folders, etc. I used to have Asus laptop and i prefer the graphic card that laptop used over this. Sometimes the name and image can be pixelated due to the gpu.Other than that the touch screen works fine and everything else i love it. Good for school work and overall a good laptop beside some nitpick. It is quite fast as well.
