Modern Look
Ordered this to put on front of a mid century style house I staged for sale. It looked great on the front door we chose. Installation was easy enough if your a handy type person. Good quality! Highly recommend!

Installed myself
It is great simple lock. I installed it myself with my husband. I can give it different codes and name each code so I know who came in. the only thing I don't like which maybe they can work on, is when someone leaves, they just press the lock button and I can't tell who left at what time. the app just says door locked at certain time. I wish they had to use their code again to lock. other than that, simple, easy to install, practical digital door lock!

Value priced, but lacks quality
Although this looks nice installed and has some heft to it, it could use some quality improvements.The door latch, when fully retracted, would stick in the open position. It was catching behind guide. I didn't want to return it, so i use a file and rounded off the leading edge. This solved that problem.The other fault i have is the finish. It's pretty cheap and scratches easily. Putting the screw in that's behind the door handle it's tricky.

The electronics don't work without the key installed.
The electronics don't work without the key installed. I tried contacting customer support but they don't answer or provide any support. Going to return item.FYI: I had a pro install it and he said there's something wrong with this door knob.

Lock has to be turned after code to open
We installed this several times thinking that we did something wrong, but it was installed properly. We did not realize that it is not meant to open on its own, it must be turned. We should have realized that by the description so likely our fault but confusing. It is a heavy duty nice looking lock/door handle.
