Buen computador pero sin memoria
La portátil tiene un procesador muy bueno y la pantalla táctil es excelente la batería da buen rendimiento, el problema es la memoria soldada de 8 gb que es únicamente para tareas sencillas al utilizar programas pesados la computadora se vuelve muy lenta

Worst Purchase ever
The media could not be loaded. Please do not waste your money on this item, it hasn’t even been a month and the touch screen stopped working on a brand new laptop as they claim. Gateway customer service telling me Amazon is not an authorized seller of their product as well. This is beyond crazy I shouldn’t have to experience this for so much money. Totally awful do not buy

Gateway does not honor it's warranty is will hang up on you if you call the 800 line.
Support for Gateway products is very poor. This is not the Gateway company that started in the US decades ago. This is a chinese company that bought the name and sells very cheap 'break in a year or less' computers that look good on paper.If you call them, they will put you on hold, or hand up on you, until you give up. If you email their support email, they ignore you.This is a bad company. If you happen to get a good one (1 out of 4 I'd guess), you might be happy, but, I'd spend an extra $50 on a similar HP or Dell.

Runs nicely and feels very sleek
I was looking for a laptop that would give me the most bang for my buck. I’m about to go to college and wanted something reliable but also not extremely expensive. I decided on this laptop because of the good reviews and mainly the price point.The quality is truthfully unbeatable for the price you pay. Most i7 laptops are upwards of $600-700. The speed you get from this laptop is truly awesome for the price you pay.It’s pretty lightweight and small, which is perfect for on the go. It performs well and has some pretty cool functions, such as the touch id.My only complaint so far is the battery. I could only wish it lasted a little longer, but 7.5 hours of full complete use on a full charge is almost unbeatable for the price you’re paying.
