Funsicle 18ft x 48in Round Oasis Designer Above Ground Pool, Dark Double Rattan with SkimmerPlus Filter Pump & Ladder

I was a little nervous due to the reviews on this pool but it's been fabulous! First, it was delivered inside the house and each box was labeled perfectly. The three booklets of directions were very detailed and everything was labeled making for a super simple setup. What surprised me the most was how heavy-duty each pole was! It took a few days to fill as we're on a well and would run low, haha but otherwise so easy. I feel like the skimmer sucks great and is really heavy duty too. Haven't tried the floor cleaner thing yet. We've had a ton of people in this pool over the July 4th holiday weekend with zero issues. No leaks at all. The only issue is our fault as we didn't listen to the booklet and didn't level it correctly. So we technically have a shallow and deep end haha. I think we're going to empty it and add sand under it as it's worth it to make it perfect! I would totally buy this pool again and highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded.  It’s a great size! And easy to assemble, but once we started putting water in it we noticed a leak. There’s a pin hole in the seam.

I had this pool professionally installed by a company that has been putting up above ground pools for over 30 years, and the owner was on this job. The ground was prepared, and pool was installed by the book and is perfectly level. After filling I noticed the horizontal poles coming apart front the T shaped pieces. We had to empty the pool halfway to get the pieces to come back together. They would not stay together though. When I called Funsicle they tried to blame this on me, but I showed them all the precautions I took to make this a safe install. They offered to send me replacement pieces but would not refund my money. I think machine screws might be my next option to hold the top rail poles together. I am also going to use nylon rope around the outside top of the pool as well to help prevent catastrophe if rail holds eventually completely fail. It should be okay after all this, but it's gonna look retrofitted and questionably safe.The company went away from the pin hold system for looks but it is not structurally reliable and therefore, it IS NOT SAFE! The water weight is too much for this connection method. This is the only company with this method now. I highly recommend getting a different brand.

Missing parts after arriving a week late.

First off we purchased this pool to replace our coleman, something told me to set it up right when we purchased in March but we did not bc we live in indiana and it's still cold so I put it in our shed. The box was not damaged nor opened in anyway shape or form. We opened it up on Sunday and set it up, while filling it with water, I noticed a leak from the seam. I called Amazon and they tell me it's out of the warranty issue so now I have to deal with the company... I DO NOT recommend buying one and setting it all up for you to be disappointed!

Not a bad pool. I paid $423 for it. The only thing I don’t like is the filter is set up high. (Yes I know it’s a skimmer) just wish it had a spot to put a filter lower. Other than that, no issues.

The product says 18 by 48 when really is 16/48It was winter so I did not open and built the pool until today and happend to be that the bottom hole was broken we filled the pool thinking it was missing a part but it is not now I have to empty the pool and don’t know what to do with it not worth the money 💰

I have done more maintenance on the filter keeping it running is a job the rods in the motors for water filtration and circulation snap all the time
