Sturdy. All plastic.
I needed a valve box for my home water shut off and sewer clean out. This unit is sturdy and installed without issue. Some modifications to the box may be needed for some applications. The lid is sturdy enough to support a human. But I would not drive a vehicle over it. I installed this in gravel around my valve box and then poured concrete up to the rim. Worked perfectly.

Solid construction
I didn't pay attention to the dimensions when ordering this... it's about twice the size of my old meter box. That said, it's solid and almost completely plastic = no rust.
