Q: what are the exact inside dimensions , especially depth/height?

I measured the carrier's inside depth as 13", width 12"and length 18". The sides are a somewhat flexible.

Q: What is the maximum Weight limit?

I carry 30lbs of tools in it at work every day and it is doing great it's durable and all my tools stay in there pockets when the bag falls over definitely worth the money to me

Q: I purchased the 30 pocket one, but it came with the instructions on changing the battery for the rolling bag, which do not work. How to put batteries?

The 30 pocket light looks identical to the rolling bag, which I have. The light rotates Along the axis of the handle so it is essentially upside down. Simply push the light to the side with your thumb. It will unlock from the notches that hold it in place. Then twist off the end cap to open the battery compartment. Insert batteries and then just reverse the process. Easy peasy!
