Dunlop Lemmy Kilmister Icon Series LKS50105 Stainless Steel Signature Bass Strings 50-105 Gauge, 4-String Set

So I was having an issue with my bass guitar with a rather quiet ‘D’ string. It wasn’t horrible, but after some research I found that some of the issue could be the result of a lighter gauge set of strings(only with some bass instrument).So I purchased these strings because the gauge size was a bit heavier on the high end and the same on the bottom end for a normal set of light gauge strings.The Lemmy’s have resolved the problem with not only volume, but likewise with string buzz. Being constructed of Stainless Steel should also be a plus with longevity.I hope this helps anyone else that has had the same issues. This set I just bought is my backup set which I will always maintain.

These are some of the best bass strings I’ve ever had and keep using them until they get discontented. In a clean bass channel it’s so bright and clear and has a nice punchy tone. When I turn my distortion pedal on I’m able to get some great Motörhead tones and surprisingly good death metal tones. My first set of these I got 5 months ago and still feel great and I play through out the day off and on every day these are a work horse. So overall definitely worth the price and you will not regret getting these. Rip Lemmy

These strings are not only of my bass-playing Jack’n’Coke guzzlin rock god. They are truly a hidden gem in the longline of durable and amazing-sounding strings over at Dunlop.

G string snapped soon and got it in tune rite after I put them on. Package was smashed as well when I received them.first time I bought these packaged good and sounded great no problems. The 2nd time a nightmare

Although I'll always love and support Motorhead I legitmately didn't know what other strings to really get that would support drop-tuning on my new bass. I ended up getting these and right out of the box they were labelled properly, a lot of string length to get more than 2 windings on the pegs.Playing the strings themselves felt they had a lot of sturdiness to it, didn't at all feel like they were just a cheap set of strings, also very flexible to get some subtle bends and didn't sound dead whatsoever contrary to what bass strings are supposed to sound like! So far been loving it, not much to really say considering Dunlop rarely do rubbish products, and if it's good for Lemmy, it's good for me!

Non sono un professionista della musica ma per la piccola esperienza che posso avere sono delle ottime corde, suonano bene e mantengo di più l'accordatura cosa che con altre corde non succedeva

These strings are awesome, if you play crunchier, harder rock n' roll. The second set of strings I've purchased, they feel strong, aggressive and give your bass an awesome sound, with more growl, bite, and attitude than regular nickel wound strings.

These things feel really nice, and have a great tone. I was very happy with how clean the fast parts were sounding. Will probably order some backups in the new year.
