I couldn’t wait & ate it before it hardened! Delicious!
This tasted so good! One taste led to another…Sorry, I couldn’t show you the finished product because I ate it while it was still soft! ;)The ingredients seem like quality—there’s cocoa mentioned 2x—natural cocoa & alkalized cocoa. So lots of chocolate! It was extremely easy & fast to prepare in the microwave at (3) 20-second intervals while mixing in between. The fudge wasn’t too sweet, but just right!I know it’s pricy, but again, the ingredients are decent quality, already pre-measured, and you know the the final product is almost foolproof; otherwise, it wouldn’t sell. As anyone who has made fudge from scratch before, such as myself, there’s a bit of a science to it where everything has to come together just right in order for the fudge to set correctly (Ok, I ate it before it set, but it was perfectly thick & smooth like fudge).Anyhow as a chocolate/fudge lover, I think it’s tasty & (too) convenient.

INstructions are accurate, good tasting if you are a fan of chocolate icing.
Very easy to make fudge recipe on the bag. I was feeling lazy but made it anyway with pecans as pre the recipe. The recipe was accurate, although I found that microwaving for 30 seconds (rather than 20) for each round produced better results. The fudge itself is pretty good tasting, if you like chocolate frosting. The taste reminded me a lot of the topping on a chocolate donut, more milk chocolate than dark. I'm actually thinking it might make a better frosting than fudge, although I made the fudge. The fudge was like thickened frosting taste, so if you love frosting you will love this mix. As for me, I prefer my fudge a little more dark chocolate, maybe with that semi-sweet taste like chocolate chips rather than like this fudge. But that's a personal preference.

Easy To Make Fudge
I've tried other Junket products and was interested in their fudge. This packet makes it easy and only requires a few ingredients you have in your home. I upgraded mine with nuts per their suggestion. For a packet fudge mix, it's pretty good.

Decent no-bake option. But the price is unreal.
This produced a rather creamy fudge with a nice chocolaty flavor. It only required a modest amount of melted butter, so the creaminess is quite an achievement.I found it somewhat sweeter than I would like because it undercut any earthiness that gives chocolate a special appeal. After refrigerating as per the instructions, I tried spreading a thin layer of natural unsweetened peanut butter on top of the finished product. This created a wonderful combination that allowed the fudge's sweetness to provide a counterpoint to the unsweetened peanut butter. They make a great combo. I am sure that adding a generous amount of walnuts would also be a boon. But: I am seeing a price of just under $20 for two packets. Imagine what you could buy at that price: ready made gourmet products or 4-6 boxes of name brand supermarket mixes.I took off two stars for the pricing-- it's way off base-- miles off. This does not justify premium pricing.

Honestly, I was impressed.
I was very suspicious of this stuff at first. I had a grandmother that made the most amazing fudge! She used the marshmallow method and it was always so good! I have used boxes in the past that also came out well.Seeing that this was just a powder mix made me think it couldn't be successful.Amazingly, it WAS!You really need very little butter and milk to make this fudge. They ask for a loaf pan but I used an 8x8 casserole dish lined with foil. It did make thinner fudge but it was totally fine! The process was crazy simple! Just microwave it 20 seconds at a time, stirring between each 20 seconds. Then pour into your tray. I did notice that it started to set up even as I was pouring it so you do have to work quickly. This ended up being so rich and decadent. I can't imagine how good it would taste on top of a chocolate cake! Amazing!I was super impressed with this product. The only thing that would keep me from buying again would only be the price.

What the Fudge!
This is sooooo easy, almost too easy! You just mix it with a few household ingredients and microwave in 20 second increments 3 times! Put it in a lined pan and let it chill. Or if using for frosting, at some sweetened condensed milk!My preferred way is using it for frosting just because I can't get away with a whole pan of fudge. It mixes up super smooth and creamy. Thick enough without being too thick. It's sweet but definitely not overly sweet like some frostings can be. It's not the same as homemade, but it's the next best thing. If I were able to get this at what I consider a good value, I would absolutely order in the future.

Super easy and delicious!
Although I think this is a little expensive for the amount of fudge this makes, it looks like I made it homemade! It was extremely easy to make and tasted great.
