Cool Case
I have the first gen that opens automatically and has Bluetooth control. I love it. It wasn't hard to build in and I have lots of room for upgrades.

Poor Decision
No good for Air flow, flimsy material causes case to shift. To build in is a horrible nightmare to be honest. I couldn't find anything that made this case better than all of the other cases I've worked on over the years.

I have both the original and the new Infinity
The new case is definitely made with an eye toward reducing costs, and a number of features have been removed or redesigned, however, some of the changes are actually improvements"- The original app-controlled 6 front ARGB LEDs have been replaced with 10 ARGB LEDs using a standard ARGB header. There are now two ARGB LEDs behind the power button and four lighting the grille behind the power button on top of the four fiber-optic LEDs.- The large, but mostly useless 10-drive bay had been replaced with the ability to mount drives directly to the internal motherboard panel and they've added in a bracket which can be used to mount a 3x120mm ("360mm") All -In-One watercooler. RGB AIO fans are VERY visible through the glass panel- The construction of the front panel is dramatically simplified, so if you feel like disassembling it for modding or wire routing, you're not getting in over your head.- The top two compartments now have glass on both sides instead of just one. - The original pair of front-panel USB-A ports has been replaced with a single USB-C port. Some things that were removed:- The servo-controlled front vents are now manually push-open, push-closed.- The front panel is now plastic rather than cast aluminum, but has a much better internal shape to direct air through the fans.- The paint finish is now a normal satin black instead of the textured dark gray- The glass panels are no longer tinted. They are clear with a reverse-side-painted border.- The glass panels are no longer mounted with magnets nor removable. They are attached with permanently-mounted standoffs that screw to the case.- The compartment for mounting video cards on risers now does NOT come with cables, connectors, or a way to mount them to the panel. If you put a video card in this section, it'll ONLY be supported by the back-panel rather than be plugged into a firmly-mounted backplane. There aren't even holes or standoffs to mount the original style cable/connector. IN my build, I replaced this panel with the one from my original QuadStellar case.NOTE: THE ORIGINAL CASE'S MODEL PEC-300 RISER CABLE IS ONLY PCI 3.0 AND WILL NOT WORK WITH RTX 4000-SERIES CARDS. THERE IS NO UPDATED CABLE AND NO AFTERMARKET CABLE FITS. To make this work with an RTX4090, I had to buy two half-inch standoffs and drill two new holes in the backplane to mount a PCI-5.0 riser cable by Lian Li.If you have an older QuadStellar case and want to update, you'll likely find that the new layout makes for a slightly cleaner, more open interior layout, but you'll want to keep the video card mounting panel from your original case.I think the original case rated a 10 where the new case rates about an 8. But the reduction in price makes them about even overall, and you don't have to worry about the servos breaking or the app-controlled LEDs not syncing with the rest of your lighting.

not a "smart case", bluetooth pcb control not included.
not a "smart case", bluetooth pcb control not includedWhat does that mean?the fun police came, and took the best features from the previous version of this case. The real quadstellar had an app from where you could control the fans and also the fins in the front of the case. These used to be moveable via the app as well as control the leds. That is no longer the case with this knock of version of the current quadstellar infinity. There is no pcb and the fins are completely manual (no motors for app movement) so even if you had the module from an older version of the case, you would not be unable to make this case be as good or better from what the original was, no motors on fins. The prime reason I bought this was because the case "moved" and was "smart" and they took that away, so, dear reader save your money and time. I bought it so you don't have to. DO NOT PURCHASE if you are buying this for the features that it used to have, as they took those away.
