Works well and is very well made

Hunting with this mount right now. I put an arca plate on it and attached to my leupold tripod. It pairs up very well and holds my rifle firmly. The saddle is very well padded with rubber so no fears of scratching the rifle. The machined aluminum seems very sturdy. The turn screw is silent. It’s very cold here right now so the large clamp handle is nice and easy to use. I found the price to be competitive with saddles that did not seem to be as nice so that was a plus. Overall after receiving the mount and using it I’m very satisfied with the purchase. I’ll be adding manbily to the brands I look for on Amazon.

This clamp definitely works very well and is built to last.

I was happily surprised at the quality of this clamp. Fit and finish are very well done and it really clamps down on my rifles .The rubber inserts do great protecting your firearm's finish and doesn't slip. I was able to clamp in my rifle and go "hands-free" when sitting in my stand with the rifle ready to go when I needed to shoulder it. Far better accuracy than offhand shooting. For less than 2 bucks at the hardware store, I was able to adapt it to fit my BOG TreePod rest and eliminate the bulky rest the TreePod came with.

Used it for one year and the threaded wore out can't tighten it up stay away

You first need a pole to secure this device or if you are at the range of outdoor location which can provide such an item to attach this rest. The bottom has two small homes to attach to a pole or some kind of item for extension. The rest can accomodate a modern rifle to include bolt action or semiautomatic. The clamp can easily secure a rifle into a good position to allow the individual to sight in their scope and rifle. The rest is padded which will prevent scratches along the frame of the rifle. It has enough weight to prevent moving around and the manufacturing material is decent quality. This product is manufactured in China.
