It didn't have a screwdriver with it but that's okay we have one.

Save your self the time , money and headache. Just go to your nearest auto parts store and get a OE replacement. This one is trash. Quit working shortly after the return window expired.

Very easy to put in and it worked as promised.. videos are all over YouTube on how to replace this quickly took me about 10 minutes

I usually try to get AC Delco or close to OEM, but I rolled the dice with this mystery brand. However to my surprise, it fit and snapped into my 1997 GMC Sierra K2500 just like OEM. All of the knobs are super sturdy and tough, and feel like good quality even to the touch. The fan speeds work very well. The lights are nice and bright. I mean this unit is perfect OEM quality, and the other reviews are inaccurate. They either did not read the fit chart and then complained, or got a dud, which happens sometimes. This deserves 5 stars and deserves for a review that reflects that. I buy parts every week rebuilding my truck, and have loads of experience with installing parts. I have no reason to give a false review, as I like exposing a bad part so others don't waste their time or money. This HVAC control unit is perfect, and you won't have an issue. Had mine for several months with no issue. Make sure your blend door actuators and your blower motor and blower motor resister are good first. If others had a problem, its likely due to them having a separate issue. This will for sure work on any OBS Chevy, GMC truck.

Works great solved my issue and was a direct fit. Couldn't be happier.
