Like the software a lot. Norton keeps trying to sell me similar software at a much higher price.The only problem was delivery. Shipment took one month from the order date.Have not had to contact Tech Support so that parameter is unrated.

Really improved the performance of an old laptop running Windows 10. Didnt give it 5 stars because i didnt realize its only a year subsctiption versus a disc I could use for a longer period of time. That was a dissapointment.

I am sorry , but this does not even meet merchantability. But the product and they want twenty more for a current. I have been ripped off.

I installed the product on my Win10 computer and got mixed results. The registry issues and excess files appeared to be resolved. I ran into a problem with removing previous versions ofWindows using the program. After using the feature Office would not work and I had to reinstall it and a video game had to be reinstalled. After reinstallation of these two programs everything worked fine.The program fixed the issues for which I purchased it, but trying additional features may be risky.

Very easy to install and setup. Does everything for with little input needed.

Works enough for the basic "home" user.

I used Norton Utilities for many years before they went over to subscription mode and burned me on the renewal. This does pretty much what that did for me. It finds and removes unused registry and other “junk” files which is the major use to me. There is no subscription, though you may want to get a newer version in a year or two - But at least it doesn’t auto renew at inflated prices.The good:Does a pretty good job of cleaning out junk files left behind by software updates. Easy to use - I just click on the automatic option occasionally (every few weeks) or after a major software update.The bad:Nothing I can see.
