Plastic file boxes
They are the right size for all the files I had. I bought 5. So, that ought to tell you, they are good for the money. The top which is a black flip lid, allows you to open from either end-if you file that way.

Exactly what I needed
We wanted to replace a bulky filing cabinet as we really only had one drawer with the files, and disted the trick. It also makes it much easier to access all of our files.

Doesn’t lock well
Not as sturdy as I would have like for it to be for the price, it doesn’t stay locked after it clicks.I have to struggle to keep both sides locked at the same time.

I've seen stronger grocery bags.
I was excited when I first purchased this as I had hoped that it would help downsize all the office clutter and papers. However, once it did arrive, multiple parts of the black lid were broken, and the lid material felt so brittle that it was honestly no wonder it broke in transit. Definitely not what you would expect when you spend basically $25, I am not sure if maybe I just had one that had a production issue or not but I will be returning it and looking elsewhere for a tote.
