I love this lamp. The adjustability is helpful and the light is warm -- bright but easy on the eyes. The dimmer is easy to use. My favorite feature is how cool it stays. I often have an iced drink directly under the lamp when my work station is crowded and it emits no heat. The glass doesn't condensate, the ice doesn't melt. You can touch the light and it emits virtually no heat.I also love the look. Elegant but not intrusively eye-catching. It takes up minimal space on the desk, can easily be turned and elongated to cast light on my reading chair, and the one-touch switch is perfectly sensitive.My one concern is the irreplaceability of the bulb, but it's supposed to last a very, very long time. We will see.Overall, this is an excellent lamp. I love it.

I bought this lamp for my daughter to use on her desk and she loves the look and design of the lamp. The lamp has just enough brightness (personally I would like it to be a little brighter), but my daughter is fine with the output. The lamp is sturdy and easy to adjust if needed and the light switch is just an easy tap on or off button. The lamp is not dimmable and just a simple on or off lamp. Exactly what we needed, and went for look more over functionality.

It is an attractive lamp and seems well made with nice heft. The dimmer feature works smoothly by holding down a button and the arm positioning is easily adjustable. I bought it as a gift for my father to use when sorting through his collection of baseball cards. I liked the idea of the covered light source -so light would be distributed evenly and cut down on glare. The one fly in the jam for me is that the built-in light doesn't get quite bright enough to illuminate a desktop work space- if you are looking to study fine detail- so it was unusable for our purposes but I think the soft light it casts would make fine bedside reading light if you don't require a very bright light.

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to give this desk lamp a 5 star and recommend it to others! I bought this lamp because one YouTubers recommended this lamp in her study tips video. It's pricy but it's mind-blowing. I was surprised by how high quality and elegant the lamp is, it's bright yet it doesn't hurt my eyes at all!I highly recommend this desk lamp, it's literally good for all-purpose (reading, studying, staying focus, brighten your room, night light, etc) The lamp really brighten the room but also gentle on the eyes, No fatigue at all. I have it on in my room and was reading and using my laptop for hours, I didn't feel tired as I used to be.This lamp also came with the built-in light bulb, so you don't have to worry about buying your own, which is great.

I was looking for a decent desk light for around my PC. The one I had, has a switch that you have to roll the little wheel to turn it on and off. Well, the wheel got to where it just spun around and if you are lucky, you may make a connection and the light will come on. So I started looking for a new desk lamp. While I was looking, my other half came into the room and she said, if it was up to her, she would pick this one. After looking at just about everything Amazon has, I decided she was right, so I choose this one and I'm glad I did. It is very classy to look at and it works so well. I like the fact that I can touch the button to make it dim or bright. It will also move in just about any position. It is very well made and I hope to get many years of life with it.

I bought this lamp for sewing its great 4yrs later i still havent had to replace the bulb and its working 100% since the brightness is adjustable its makes a great backdrop light when i want to watch a movie and not trip over everything in the room

I moved into a new apartment and I was trying to decorate my place with retro-woody-vintage vibe. At the same time, not only the design but also the quality of the desk lamp mattered as I am a graduate student who spends most of the time reading at my desk. This lamp was a perfect shot for me. Design suits brown-wood-vintage mood I was aiming for, and was LED so did not have to buy a lightbulb for it. I also like that the light is not too white. It is more yellowish which I find less painful for endless readings. Seems like no one mentioned but the bottom of the lamp is kind of soft, with some cloth-like material covering the bottom. I liked that as my desk's poly coat was kinda flimsy and weak. It would have been 12/10 if there was more dim options with brighter level. But this is more than good enough already. Happy with the purchase.

Base weight is heavy/good, plenty of rotation options, attractive design. Cord is a bit short, product picture color is a bit misleading because it appears to be polished brass but actual product is antique brass as description states but very pretty. Also, the touch on & off has to be tapped/touched many times & seems to not be sensitive enough. Very frustrating, sometimes it can take up to 15-20 times before it responds. I love this lamp except for the poor design of the on/off button because there's no other way of turning it off aside from tapping over and over again until it finally responds. Update, after contacting the seller for advice on the on/off switch, they were extremely helpful & responded quickly. They made it right and sounds like the one I rec'd was just defective. I love this lamp! Highly recommend this product & this seller!
