Arrived on time and in good condition

The product is great. I painted it black as I need a black installation. Should come in black to order. Was bent on one corner. Box was dropped. I repaired it and it’s ok. Not 100% but it’s fine. I can’t wait for a new one. But better packing to protect the corners should be considered. It must have been a pretty big drop too. That’s a reinforced corner.

Product as described, worked perfectly, arrived early. No issues, very happy.

The item itself is very nice. The single box packaging for each item does not hold up in shipping and both items arrived with damage that occurred during shipment. These vents are heavy duty so we fixed the bent edges ourselves instead of returning them. 3 stars because on not double boxing the items. Otherwise would have been a 5.

work right on time

These are well constructed and fit in place just fine.HOWEVERThey are okay BUT mine came in original manufacture shipping box the amount of protection of a single package did not work well. One of the two came pretty well damaged, did not ask for a new on in that it in a location that is not important (shop) but had to discard the grill because it will lost one of the levels and will not stay in place.
