Cyelee HAWK0 Micro Shake Awake Red Dot Sight

I ordered this sight hoping to find something better than the Romeo zero I bought and I’ll have to say I who’s I got this first. The Romeo zero had an awful location for the brightness and to me had too much glare. This sight while I’ll go with some of the other reviewers that it seems too dim but to me it’s perfect.Now any one complaining about the screws idk if the seller only messaged me but he offered to send me m4 screws which fit the Glock and hellcat so kudos to him. Now keep in mind you may need the dpp riser to accommodate the longer screws.

The optic is well built, a great size and plenty bright enough. (Even in South Florida sun) Shake awake works good out of the box, time will tell how it all holds up. Screws are a hair long but being 6/32 thread easy to cut with about any wire strippers seeing they have built in screw cutters. Only recommendation I would give to Cyelee would be to include different size screws but not a big deal being it's such a common size screw.

Works perfect, zero issues other than no cover provided. Instructions are lacking but easy enough to figure out. Mounted on shield plus, screws provided worked. Pretty much absolute cowitness with night sights. States clearly in the ad description to contact seller for different screws if included don't work so unsure why people are complaining about wrong ones being provided. They list compatible footprint models which are correct but screw threads and depth vary by firearm manufacturer so you get the most common

I received this sight and was ready to mount on the pistol. My pistol came optic ready with two adapter plates. The screw holes aligned perfectly but the alignment posts did not. On adapter plates there are two small round posts that fit into the bottom of sight to keep it aligned.In the description of these sights they never provide the spacing dimensions of the recessed holes at the front if the sight. The width of the sight holes were narrower than the small posts on the adapter plates. I returned the sight and ordered a different sight and hopefully the new sight will fit. If these mfgs would list the spacing dimensions it would eliminate this kind of issue. Never got to try the sight. Did not sit on adapter plates.

Great optic at a great price.

Right off the bat it’s missing the proper screws for sig despite claims it will work with it. Unit does appear to work but I will now have to wait till I can find the proper screws that work with it. From visual inspection I question the ability of the battery to stay sealed as it’s open underneath and with a thin o ring. It also doesn’t seem to get super bright in sunlight. I have one of the other cyelee red dots and it quite frankly was a good product. This won’t be replacing the holosun in any capacity for carry. If you live in a sunny environment this isn’t for you. Hope this helps if your on the fence or just curious

Purchased the optic in September 2022 and the glass started to fall out after going to the range. I shot only 200 rounds. I took pictures and filed a claim with these guys and never was the optic replaced. The first time I emailed them they stated the optic got lost in the mail. Second time they stated it was on the way. It is 4/11/2023 and I have yet to receive a replacement. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
