So easy. I ripped carpet off old hardwoods. The floors were still in great shape but there was a gap between the original trim and the floor. This covered it great. And it was so easy. Installed in about an hour. I will probably need to go around and fe glue a couple little sections. But so easy. Love that I could cut with my regular Scissors

Pros very flexible, light weight, east to put up.Cons, the flexibility make it easy to stretch. This causes the moulding to unstick once put up. Just be sure not to pull to tight when installing.
