Super cute and they came pre-assembled!
Great addition to the cupcakes. Sparkly but the glitter didn’t rub off at all. The toppers are pre-attached to the toothpick sticks so all you have to do is open the packet and put them on the cupcakes. My niece loved them!

Used for my daughters High School graduation cupcakes for the cupcakes. Put a bam on the cupcakes with the glitter. Nice variety of different sayings, like way to go! Made well and price was good. Overall very happy.
