Works well.
Only needed this for 4 cable ends and it worked perfectly. Cutter slices outer plastic off without damaging the wires underneath. The pass through makes checking the colours are in the right order and the crimper cuts and crimps in one. The tester works and showed one wire OK and one with a problem.All good for the price.

Its the tool you never knew you needed
It did the trick to allow me to repair the internet cable that went to my garden shed (man cave) as squirrels, I think, chewed through it.Not something you'll use everyday but when you need it you need it and you have it. Not a great expensive thing so good for having handy and if you are a tidy person, you can tailor your internet cables to the exact size you need so they aren't sticking or hanging out everywhere. Personally I'm not that bothered but if I have nothing better to do, I may have a go one day. It has everything you need, wire stripper, cutter, plugs and the all important tester which is absolutely essential. Hard to thread tiny wires into the right channels so you get a few wrong connections. Its also useful having the same facility for phone cables, so its dual use.Pleased with it.

Great deal but unfortunately the battery cover was broken
This is a great deal, quality product. Unfortunately the battery cover was broken, probably during the delivery. And the cable cutter was missing.For the rest, they are very good.

Simple to use and robust
Bought to allow me to install my own network cables in our house. Couldn't be simpler to use.Cables are stripped cleanly, the crimping action works very well and the trimming of the ends is flush.Excellent value for money.

BrillInt tool for cctv
Needed a tool to splice and connect cables for my cctv system and was the perfect kit. Allowed me to cut and make new connections and test them.Couldn’t recommend enough

It is not the same machine shown on listing. It is not for cat6a and cat7 also it does not have crimp instead cutter.
