Love it. Keep fingers clear.
I'm a fairly intelligent person with lots of life experience. I still got my finger caught in this thing. When you read the reviews about the handle not staying up, believe them, test it out, maybe put a hot-dog in the juicer and "accidentally" bump the handle so it falls down and you can see the result. Whatever you have to do to avoid the brainless accident I caused myself even though I knew it could happen. Luckily it was just bandage worthy and didn't require any trips to the ER.Having said that, I still love this thing. I love making margaritas with fresh lime juice and used to use a hand juicer. By the time I had enough juice, I didn't have the hand strength left to actually make the drinks. With this thing, not only is it fast and easy, it actually gets more juice out of each lime so I don't have to use as many. I'll do a bag of limes in the morning, easy peasy, and put the juice in the fridge for drink time.Cleaning is really easy. The bits that get juicy just pop out of the stand and can be washed separately. I tend to get a little juice spray on the stand so I'll just give it a quick rinse and wipe off with a towel. It's very sturdy and will probably be around for my grandchildren to make margaritas, if I ever have any and if there is still citrus that far in the future. It's really big. Plan for some cupboard or counter space for this thing. It's not ugly so if you're someone who is allowed to keep things on your counter, I'm not, you could just keep it on display and ready for the next party.Apparently it also juices oranges and grapefruit and such, but who knows.

Hey, this works!
We've been using the hand-held "plier" type squeezer. I say "we"... , I'm the one who has been doing all the squeezing since my wife has some trouble with her hands. There had to be a better, smarter, more effective/efficient way.Enter this counter-top squeezer. Wow. This is so quick and easy to use, and it's so efficient! Those lemons and limes don't stand a chance! When I get through with them, they're dry! It's really nice that the handle goes to the bottom of the stroke and lightly locks there. I let it stay there for three or four seconds until the juice stops dripping. It's very easy to clean and it sits nicely in its own little patch of counter top. It's quite sturdy. It's well-made. Ergonomic. Efficient. Well worth the price! If you do a lot of squeezing, this squeezer will make you giddy!

Works well, gets All the juice!
You could NOT get this much juice from an electric juicer, unless you KILLED your arm pushing down on the rotating cone. This is worth the money, and with care will last a Long time. We juiced OJ and put in the fridge for later, but note that it takes a LOT of oranges to make a pitcher of OJ.!! We juiced lemons too, and put in a baggie in the freezer to grab out for smoothies and for recipes. I think this extracts WAY more than you could by hand OR by electric rotating-cone juicer ever could. Worth the money, because you can store it to use as needed. I should have shown a photo of the empty orange rinds, but I have never gotten them so 'clean' when juicing by hand. !! IF you have the storage space (like in the garage, etc.) to keep it until you use it again, well worth the expense. We tested it and it was easy to use, my 78 year old mother with arthritis was able to pull down the lever to use as well. I was going to buy her an electric one, where she would have to hold the half-citrus against a rotating cone to ream out the juice. Reviews said that would be tedious on her arms, so we opted for this well-reviewed one. I am very happy with the purchase. No directions came in the box, but we knew what to do. Have only used it on medium sized oranges and on large lemons, and it was great. Very satisfying to see the near-dry empty peels after extracting. I feel we will waste much less now. and can juice up lemons (for example) and just freeze the juice in baggies or in ice cube trays for future use. Lemons last less than a week on the counter, so now I will just extract them right away, rather than waiting until they turn brown and feel the need to DO something with them asap. Hope this helps! : )

Way easier than hand press.
Very sturdy and easy to use, leverage does all the work. Beats using an hand press. Even better it gets all the juice in one squeeze. Also easy to clean. The only reason I dropped a star is the screws keep coming loose. What I did to remedy this was I used blue thread lock on the screws that kept coming loose. After that no more loose screws.Great if you like cocktails lemon or lime juice.

Great for oranges and lemons!
I use this to make orangeade and lemonade at home fresh squeezed! It is very easy to use and just as easy to clean up after. I use it daily, and it is very durable.
