Pros: got here so crazy quick! It was really securely packaged, too. It's not pricey. Initial, name and font were all as I requested. Everything was as advertised and nothing is too terribly damaged.Cons: it is a tiny bit damaged. This picture is of the front bottom edge & those things that look like bubbles are actually really rough chips in the exterior of the glass, so you can feel that it's chipped. I don't think it was from shipping because like I said, it was very well packaged and there was no damage to the box. It's minimal and doesn't leak, and I'm giving this as a gift in a few days so I can't return it but it is a little disappointing. Hopefully he won't notice!The only other thing is that it's not engraved or even etched, it's more of a frosted sticker and it looks like parts of the letters on the glasses didn't adhere very well, kind of like letters on an old tshirt. They still look good, the decanter especially, I'm just worried it'll come off after a few washes.Bottom line, it's a good buy in a pinch from great sellers. If you are a 20-something who wants to look classy drinking Jim Beam, definitely get it. If you're a 40 something looking for a gift for the boss, you might have to pay more for a decanter than the price of that fancy aged bourbon they drink.

I absolutely love this monogrammed decanter set. It looks so Regal and Expensive but very affordable. This was a great buy.

Received my specialized Decanter and 4 glasses pretty quick. Although they looked great, one glass was broke. Contacted seller through the Amazon app and received feedback within 24 hours that a replacement was on the way - received it three days later.
