I like the Dekco security camera (DC9L- 2K-A) for 2 main reasons. Its price is reasonable and most importantly it has all necessary security features that I expect from a high quality security camera.. I had the new camera installed not long ago. Setting it up is fairly simple. even for a non- DIY enthusiast like myself. I own several security cameras of different models and brands and find that the Dekco ones last longer and that the company , Dekco Direct Store, is very responsive to the needs of its customers, even after sales. I appreciate a quick response from this company to my query about its solar security camera that I bought from Amazon. A lady from Dekco, named Julie, responded to my message and took an immediate action without any fuss by sending a replacement, which arrived within a few days. This shows that this company does really care when its customer has a problem. On the basis of its good value and functionality, I would recommend the Dekco DC9l-2K.

Bought around 2yrs ago as garden backs onto a public area and already had one dodgy bloke enter our garden. Delivery great. Set-up a bit complex for me (I have many strengths but setting up equipment with Wi-Fi etc is not it!) but husband managed it within an hour. Charged fine and picture quality is AMAZING! You can control it, talk through it, hear noise, record, etc and get notifications if movement occurs. Wind on the plants and local plants do set it off, but I’d rather that than miss some dodgy weirdo. You can set the area it monitors smaller if needed, and I think, possibly set the sensitivity.2 years later sadly it stopped charging from the mini-solar panel. No idea why. Contacted customer service who replied instantly. Followed instructions to try and recharge battery but didn’t work. They sent a whole new kit as replacement (and did ask for an honest review in return…small price to pay).Works beautifully but then stopped working for no reason after 2 years. However customer service was good enough it replace and extend the warranty. Hoping this one lasts longer given the price 🤞🏽as it’s a great bit of kit giving me reassurance my family is kept safe

We purchased the camera for our new house. It is very easy to install and use. Gives us peace of mind when away from home. The picture quality is excellent and the battery lasts a long time before needing charging.We have received excellent customer service since purchasing this

Ease of installation, value, memory storage! Plus design, motion detection!🫱

Bought this camera to place it in my small garden and was disappointed that the wifi drops even when my mesh box is right next to the camera hence sent it back. Forget about streaming in HD as wifi drops constantly and consistently. Camera is unusable as pretty much only access to see the videos is from removing the SD card. I have a hyperopic fibre connection and velop mesh network covering the whole flat. I can stream 4k videos no problem even standing several metres outside my house so it's def not the network. Very much a letdown :(

Camera function well. Battery life is great.very good product would highly recommend.

Set up easy clear instructions but seems to miss a lot and quite a delay in detection would not buy if wanted for security purposes
