Worth the money if you need something this big
The second post that lines the bar up is very tight and makes it very hard to adjust the tension on the chain, other than that the saw performs very well.

pull string broke twice, it does leak fuel
The saw actually doesn't seem like it's a hard pull to start. However, the pull string broke twice and then the replacement pulled through the handle twice. I bought this saw to mill timber, and that is all I'll use it for as it pretty heavy to be bucking logs with. The 36' bar also has some wobble so it's hard to get a precise starting cut.But for the price compared to higher end saws, it works for what I need it to.

you get what you pay for
I have owned this chainsaw for a little over a month now. Here is what I know so far.1. Very difficult and finicky to start2. floods easy forcing you to stop and clean or wait3. leaks bar oil just sitting thereOverall I guess it is not bad at nearly a third of the cost of a big name saw, but you get what you pay for.

Powerful
It was delivered ahead of schedule and the saw works great.

Needs improvement
Engine runs fine and has good power. However there are 2 major flaws I saw and made me return the chainsaw.1. It leaks a lot of gas from the plastic tube with a little screw on top of it if the chainsaw is tilted. And therefore this saw cannot be used to make a horizontal cut without spilling gas.2. The chain contacts with the metal housing. This could spark flame and starts a fire if combined with the spilling gas issue.

Hickory & Red Oak
I did some tree work on hickory and red oak. Cross cuts are easy. Cut 10" log in seconds. After that I ripped a log of the same hickory 6' long and had a issue with the angle I used. . After I found a angle it did like it ripped the log easy .The long was 10" to 15" in diameter. Total cut time was about 7mins could of been 5minutes if I had known the best cutting angle for rip cuts. I had about the same times with red oak. Cuts the hard wood like a pro. Fuel tank is small but the weight is just right, I will use with the 12" bar soon in a tree and see how well I like the weight when it is adding to the climbing gear and all the safety gear. today is 11/7/ 21
