The media could not be loaded. I was a bit apprehensive due to the lack of reviews and pictures. However when the item arrived you can tell by the weight of the product that despite this being made overseas, this is a great system with a good warranty. Have a professional install the system. All the shower devices can be used at once but beware it uses a substantial amount of water if you choose to do so. The only thing I decided to do was use a shorter arm to make the rainfall pressure higher due to 8ft ceilings. Zero issues so far and has been in use for approximately 1.5 years as of the date of this review.The only downside was that the 6 individual water jets require a very precise measurement to be mounted or the cover plates will not work as intended as other people mentioned.

Bottom line: The customer service is outstanding, the product is high quality and works perfect.The shower system has been installed and working for two months. Everything functions as expected. No complaints about the quality and performance. The customer service is outstanding. The installation is not trivial because of the amount of plumbing involved, but that is expected. Customer service helped me out with several issues, providing varying lengths of plumbing pieces (different than what shipped with the unit) at no cost and timely shipping.My only complaint is in the design of the cover plate for the jets. It doesn't slide over the outside of the short black female nipple that screws onto the male nipple in the wall; instead it is sandwiched between the two. This necessitates the nipple in the wall to be a very precise distance, which is very difficult. If the plate slid over the outside (like the shower, rain shower, and controller plate) it would be easy. But the company was very accommodating in sending me longer nipples for inside the wall which could be cut to length which solved the issue.

I had a part that got damaged during install - no fault of Enga. I sent them an email asking if I could order a part and they replied the next day and let me know they would send me the part I needed free of charge. My shower system was installed in early 2021. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with the water temperature mixer (even on the coldest setting, the water was uncomfortably warm). I contacted the seller and received a response within 24 hours. They asked for a description of the problem and I sent that provided by the plumber I called for assistance. Without hesitation, they informed me that I needed to replace the mixer cartridge, which they indicated that they will mail out to me immediately. I also shared that the knobs and faceplate had started to peel. I am happy to report that within a few days, I received the cartridge, knobs and faceplate together with video instructions for changing the items. They assured me that I can do this myself, and I will try to do so with much trepidation.Again, first-class customer service!!

Loved the heavy-duty diverter unit. Body jets do not move very well up/down/left/right as I would like. Should have had my plumber move them farther apart from each other as I can not position them very well. Would get 5 stars from me but 5 months in now when I turn on the body jets the unit makes a high-pitched noise/scream.I imagine it is a bad on/off valve, I have the pdf schematic of the unit and want to get a replacement part and after leaving a negative review the manufacturer has reached out to me and sent me the replacement part. I will update you on the status after I take my old on/off valve and replace it with the new one to see if the problem is fixed. They did send me a link to a video on how to replace it which will be most helpful as that is how I handle all DIY projects. If you are not handy you would probably want to get a plumber to do it for you.

Haven't put water to them yet but so far I'm very happy. I bought two to do my bathroom. I love that it's individual control for body sprayers, hand sprayer, and rainfall water head. Being able to throttle each valve individually allows you to control flow so you can remove or add pressure to where it's needed. Each body sprayer also has individual control on the sprayer itself which will help equalize flow and give you a consistent spray from each body sprayer. I bought the thermostatic valve meaning it's temperature controlled so it should automatically adjust hot and cold water mix to maintain set temperature. Valve body is pretty deep meaning it needs to be installed pretty deep into the wall or wall will need to be built out to accommodate. Installed in-between 2x4 studs with piece of 2x4 mounted sideways to mount too.Kit comes with 2 sets of brass nipples for sprayers and hand wash (2inch and 1inch), teflon tape and screws to mount the manifold. decorative plate that covers manifold allows valve to be serviceable so no tearing apart walls to fix a valve. Hot and cold water inlet are 3/4 female NPT and water outlets are 1/2 male NPT. Everything came very well packaged and protected. Decorative plate has temperature on it but it's marked in celsius. Not a big deal to me. Has built in safety so you have to push button on valve to go past a certain temperature which is adjustable. I will update when completed.

Hello so item is nice as pictured but you can not run all 3 at the same time there is barely any pressureAlso It states changes color but mine onlyLights redIt does not change colorThe matte black look scratches so easilyDefinitely would not buy this item if i new any of this shouldn’t cost this much money for such poor quality- but hey It goes look beautiful

Very very pleased with the final product and how this faucet set looks installed !I was a little put off by price at first , as you can find similar sets on Amazon for less , but this set has a manifold that can control each zone independently, which for me, was the reason I bought this one.Finishes are all really nice , I was kind of wondering why the faucets were a brushed finish , and the 16” shower head was polished , but I wouldn’t let that hang you up on purchasing.The shower head (16”) is like standing under a real water fall, it’s fantastic !Install was finicky … not for the faint of heart!You will spend significantly more time installing this set than just a tub and shower faucet.(8) individual items to plumb, running to different zones , plus supply in; plan for a two day install (baring that you have the right fittings to make this work and you’re not going back to the hardware store , for yet again, another trip). These threads in this set are NPS , NOT NPT, so bear in mind when purchasing coupling fittings to connect into your home , or you’ll have a leak or two in your future if they’re not the correct ones.Pro tip: lay this all out and mock assemble it together, you will need many dozens of pieces to make this work (and expect to pay another $400+ In fittings from the hardware store - I paid sticker price , not much you can do about that cost- comes with (10) or so NPS nipples , but as mentioned , they will leak when connected to NPT fittings, so realistically useless).I changed up the layout configuration of the way that the nozzles were mounted (as opposed to the instructions layout) , it didn’t make sense for the shower configuration and needed to be re-thought out.Changed it up , much more useable; didn’t add extra time, just more convenience; worth it!Very heavy parts , well made overall , very nice packaging , foam cut out packaging, very “premium” feel. Range of motion in the horizontal sprayers is very good , allowed me to spread them out more for more coverage all around.I would purchase another set of these without question , just wish I knew some of the things I mentioned. When it came to reference material , it was pretty limited and guess work / hopeful estimations must be used.
