safety first
In my old age I strive to be as safe as possible. I use this accessory when ripping on my older table saw. It works as advertised holding the wooden stock against the fence keeping my hands away from the blade. The unit itself is well made and came nicely packaged with complete instructions. I am currently working on a project that requires some difficult ripping cuts and they are easily and safely achieved with this product. A good safety investment for a modest price. I am glad I made this purchase.

Easy to use and adds a level of safety for new wood workers
I run a small community theater and this has worked out beautifully for our student and new volunteers. It gives them a great sense of safety. If you are an experienced woodworker then you don’t need this. But for newbies - whatever makes them feel safer.
