12/7/22 Just unboxed it--haven't really used it except to test it but unless it falls apart, it is really what I wanted. I bought the larger mirror & it covers quite a large area. The mirror glass is clear & not distorted. The only quibble is that I wish it had a weighted base. I got the green base & it is a pleasant green.**In normal use the base is probably good enough to keep it stable so that it does not fall over. If it is really extended out, however, it becomes unstable & can fall over. I could probably tape/ glue some scrap metal to the bottom or even make weights from socks or slider sealed baggies filled with aquarium gravel or river rocks or rice to put on top of the base & weight it down. I would say sand because it so malleable but a sand-tight container has to be used or sand will leak out. Some people might want a longer stalk but for most it is good enough. The stalk is a smaller diameter stalk so that it will adjust in smaller increments. The stalk is only about 7 inches long so if you put it on the bathroom counter you likely need to be seated or put it on something that will raise it up. Over time I would think the stalk might rust somewhat in a humid bathroom area but not for awhile.**It is one of those things where I think I got a good, useful product for a reasonable price. It came wrapped in bubble wrap, packed in its own box inside an Amazon box so not much danger of breakage. The round 10x mirror with 2 suction cups on the back is also good quality. Like most magnifiers adjust the distance for clearest quality. I will likely never use it but it is there if needed. I recommend this product.

Adequate and useful for my purpose

As described. Lovely mirror, with great clarity. It doesn't weigh much, but it has that 'trinket' base at the bottom and I filled with some lovely rocks to add security that it doesn't fall over or fall off the counter. Great mirror for the price!

while the mirror function does fine on its own, the base of it is not heavy enough to keep it from toppling over constantly unless the mirror is perfectly angled. it feels flimsy either way and it can be frustratingly small. its an aesthetic desk mirror, just collects dust though

I was tired of people popping in on me in my cubicle and giving me a fright. With Covid measures in place, we don't have a lot of people working in the office and it is reassuring having some advance notice when a stranger comes in. I place the mirror to my left, angled towards the cubicle entry and when someone comes into the cubicle, I see them before they can "got a minute for a quick question" me. It comes with a 10x magnifier that can attach to the mirror. It adjusts easily and is durable enough for most purposes. No distortion on the mirror and it appears to be made well.

Love this simple mirror that can be adjusted easily and find your best angle for makeup.It looks SO MUCH more expensive than the current low price!!!!!! This would be great for traveling though since it is taken apart very easily .Beautiful!! And It is a Very Attractive mirror to keep on your vanity, desk, countertop, anywhere.What is the definition of student success?
