You can extend the legs or shorten the distance and/or adjust it to your high. When I ordered, there were no reviews so I was gambling. I’m quite happy with my decision. I was able to assemble myself really quick. It comes with instructions and the tool.

The media could not be loaded.  I've used this rack to squat 300 pounds and it holds it quite well. I weigh 255 pounds and when doing dips on this rack, it doesn't feel too sturdy because the rack doesn't adjust inwards enough to dip straight up and down, instead, you're dipping with your body weight pushing outwards on the rack...Over time, the rack will bend and will cause it to prevent from being adjustable. The rack also came with 2 left or right arms as shown on video.
